I have the needed want and drive to do my part and I believe hosting events and providing entertainment is part of it. I am a Former Gamemaster Manager from the time of Daytona and Shock when they were GMDs back in 2020/2021 as well as when i was an HA, and i was also a GMO back in 2019 I think when i was VA. I have hosted many different types of events before on synergy and would like to continue to do so. Not a perfect event/encounter holder but I do my absolute best to consider all alternatives and I am usually pretty good at adapting to the player RP and adding or taking things away on the fly. -1 Stop giving droids and EJs so much hp and spawn more. Realisticly speaking a droid dies within 2 shots unless its heavily armored. I cant imagine shooting 10 shots from a T-21b that does 70 each to a B1-Battle droid.

+1 Could use this instead of intercom. Add a Hotkey to like right click or something that plays a soundwave like the old intercom to let people know the "intercom is in use." The voice amplifier swep comes with 2 modes, Green mode which is a small green area that can be increased each left click or right click, and Red mode which is accessible by admins only and allows you to talk to the entire map without needing to extend the circle. You can see the circles in 1st person mode, idk about 3rd person.

3/3/3 A lot of confusion came out, Didn't understand the whole porg with a lightsaber and forcepower thing but its whatever really. Effort to make events should always be respected and i respect it.

Name: Maverick RP Rank: Not Important Suggestion: Give Admins+ the ability view characters list with each steamid. Implementation: This would require some custom coding to add in a new command or 2 for the admin system and the character database. Lore: N/A Workshop content if applicable: Require Development Description: Pure and simple addition of new commands for staffing use. As we are using and utilizing the MCS and Helix Game mode, I recently came across a situation where I was assisting a command member of the navy to remove a mass RDM minge from a naval whitelist but said person was not on the server so we had to rely on uncertainty of names only. Were not even fully sure we removed the right guy but we did to be on the safe side. My Suggestion is essentially make a window appear when we use a command like /charlist steamid64 which would bring up a menu that shows all the characters linked to that steamid64 and allow us to remove/delete/unwhitelist while players in question are online/offline. Other: Realisticly speaking this is a Quality of life change and it gives more trust to lower administrative people, especially those who like to go the extra mile. Would like to point out, this is absolutely not a high priority need at all, it's just an extra option for staff members to deal with rule breakers/minges and so forth.

+1 Snad Fix the title of the thread, It looks like you used a Reapp format for new staff member, otherwise it looks like your going for new admin.

+1 Rohan is one of the few rare people in this entire communities history, that I have ever intently listened as he has a level head, intelligence, a Calm ability to analyze any situation that comes forth. This guy can come up with solutions a lot faster than most people and usually it's pretty thorough. Rohan I sincerely hope you get this position because when I think Rohan a spec reg? No brainer. ah yes, both have a needed remove power of 8 with battalion commander having 5 remove power and jedi leadership 8 remove power for whatever reason.
