These are baseless claims, as for what my friends do behind closed doors or in a locked channel is no ones business or my business to share and if they need to be punished for something i will make sure that they are punished, but most people i am friends with do not require to be punished by staff typically, and i don't have a soundboard, i have voice changer, and i have no racist tendencies, i don't mind stereotypical jokes, but i am by no means racist, i have friends of other races that i would never discriminate due to their skin color that they have no control over, and i have never had an issue with being accused of being a racist until now nor have i been banned or warned for any supposed racism done by me, i support all peoples regardless of race, gender, religion, sex, ethnicity, occupation, income, age, ability, or immigration status since some people get targeted for that. my profile in itself speaks for the diversity i accept

Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): I would like to be able to join the staff team again so I'd be able to do events again and help out my battalion with their own trainings and events, as well, do deployments especially since i more specifically worked on deployments during my last time as staff, but i was in a time crunch during those events so sometimes they were mid to say the least, but i have more time on my hands to work more on events and having dupes for them since i believe in building more for events than most people do. Also i'd like to actually try to progress further into the staff team since i usually never had time and i actually know i can dedicate time to staff now without wanting to die cause of the work load. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): I think it went pretty good for the time i was there, i was able to do deployments pretty consistently, and i would try to get multiple in for each battalions, some times my deployments didn't go as planned due to server constraints usually cause my dupes were massive lagging the server, or due to lack of help at times, but i plan this time to make my deployments possible to do with and without a lot of help. I would say as well, last time i tried to always help other battalions by having any dupes saved that they needed or build dupes for them so i tried to work outside my own battalion during that time so i could get better communication with the other battalions for when i did events or when anything i needed from them they could do and vise versa. Do you understand by re-applying to get your previous rank back that you will be tested on your knowledge of the server rules and practices?: Yes

I see where most of you guys are coming from, but I think there is a huge part a lot of you are missing that I think many miss, this server has been around for years now, most of us are grown up already or hitting that point where something like a GMod server simply doesn’t matter, you can hope for old population to come back but most likely anything done to bring it back will be temporary 3 to 4 months max, me for example I think I was like 15-14 when I first showed up on this server, I’m 18 now, I have a job, school and I’m in the Marine Corps reserves now, now I can’t say the same everyone else is living like me, of course some of y’all could just be fat mfs living with their parents or just lazy and have all day to play, but I personally think this has been the reason for the servers decline since people have lives to live, of course GMod slowlly dying, server may be boring, but they all add up and most people are more interested in their real lives now instead of a game. But TLDR, people have real lives and grow up and don’t play anymore or get bored of stuff they use to love and don’t anymore. but also I would agree that me personally I don’t know what founders do so I’m not going to straight up say just step down, but at least consider if what you do can be filled in by someone else which most likely it can be, but yeah, but some of y’all are giving a lifeline to something that’s always been declining

+1 I’ve seen you progress since you first started and it’s impressive to say the least since I’ve not even done half of what you’ve accomplished, and I have faith you’ll do well in the position of regimental.

You don’t have to know exactly what’s going on with something just to give advise, it’d be nice to have that information beforehand, but not everyone had there hand everywhere and has track of it unlike you who can since your domain is the senate, so kind of dumb argument ngl. anyways +1, I’ve worked with you in the past in Rancor and I can’t say I was ever displeased with how you did things and treated us and I still can’t say you make anyone here not want someone who’s done us some good in the past regardless on how long ago it was I don’t think it matters since experience like that doesn’t just wash away.

I’m going to address something that I feel like most Rancor Officers can agree on from past and present, trying to increase the amount of ARC Trainings within a week Is truly the most annoying thing ever especially if you are not the ones to host it and never have, I personally cannot say I agree with the idea of doing more if anything maybe allow people to request it to be done, but doing more is pointless especially when no one already shows up and someone’s gonna say oH sOunDs like LazIneSS, it’s not it honestly just burns people out having to constantly do them especially when it is the same few doing it. as far as your plan for activity goes, there is no real foundation to it else than discussing if you could provide ideas that you have thought of that would be great, but activity wise also I’d just say good luck considering how the server is looking population wise. And I’m not even going to lie the RP section of we just have better guns is kind of insulting to people who I can say actually put effort into RP in Rancor like a few people who stand out specifically with their activity and everything, but elaborating on everything kinda would help steer my opinion if you can do that.

Late response, but I see where you’re coming from with my arrest I personally didn’t care I only cared cause Toaster was arrested without logs checked, and as staff, hands were tied since I don’t want to take my own battalions sit. I also understand the doing officer work as a NCO since I was mass promoted back then by Miller when I was in Rancor for doing officer work and Intel work and being Alpha so that’s understandable and I’ve seen it happen more then once obviously I don’t know the reasoning or what supports it so I just wanted the clarification on it. besides that I’ll give you a +1 and hope to work with our sector in the future all together soonTM.
