Takes one to know one, but anyways Before i vote, i'd like to address somethings So of course as a Rancor person, i was never personally involved with the situation between you and thorpy and the arrest, as well, with other issues regarding CG and ARC, i won't give my opinion on either side of how i think both should've handled it else then both sides were being quite stupid to be honest, but how can we expect you not to have personal bias come into CG when there's been hints of it when it comes to you accusing Rancor of stuff and vise versa and along with that, how are you, yourself going to make sure stuff like this doesn't happen, not just with Rancor, but as a whole, especially with the new arrest rule which is for sure going to cause issues mostly cause of no offense how stupid the rule is and how easily it can be exploited. Also i dunno who addressed this, but your rise through the ranks has been quite questionable if i may say so and if i could possibly get more insight on these promotions that'd be dope, if not cool, but i personally find it questionable when someone rises through ranks that fast without some type of bias or anything. Personally i could give two shits about your past, ill still clown on you for it like for example how Naffen use to be an idiot, but hes now a part of the queens guard, but besides that i hope to see you not let that get to you. Also, I'd recommend on improving relations with other battalions cause any arrest to a significant individual in a battalion can leave quite the sour taste in their mouths. Its called an example or a comparison by some moment Im not the one personally suggesting this, but my idea was some type of comprimise if anything personally this suggestion wouldn't exsist instead i'd work on improving current jobs like Nate cause i use to be able to actually make shit blow up, now im not, but thats my piece of cake on it

One of everything -_-, Nate has nothing, Nate has a standard ARC Loadout as a supposed EOD wym everything, Most of the Alphas aren't as broken as you think especially if you compare them to other subunits like Wolfpack especially as previous comet Wolfpack is fs the most broken Sub Unit. They feel like you still need that cure for the radicalism. personally some things are a joke and some of your members don’t see the difference very well no offense which can lead to people getting irritated at them as to OOC i don’t see much, but I’d say both sides are at fault cause I’ve seen some CG say stuff to get a reaction from someone and vise versa so I don’t think it’s a targeting thing just watch what you say if you don’t want to be talked back to especially if you can’t handle the heat, but that’s my piece of cake on it just don’t treat others like you wanna be treated.

Even though I’ve already given my opinion, I hope to address one thing, so you’re already commander and as of now I barely see any Rancor on besides myself most of the time and some other NCOs usually Hellz, if anything there’s usually a few people muted in the channel and aren’t in game, so if anything how exactly are you going to push for people to be more active especially since you can take that initiative now as Commander to show that you’re actually going to be active and put in that effort that you say you’re going to in your app, and even if it’s not in game activity, I’d say having constant communication flow with the battalion in discord is also needed besides just events and announcements such as pushing people to get on like Void who would advertise to get people on and as well, maintain a general presence in the chat and could be communicated with easily. So as a whole, my main concern is the current way you’re portraying yourself for the future as a current commander.

+1 I've been in the same battalion with bleach multiple times throughout my time on the server and he is great at being friendly and attracting people to him and i think this can help Rancors population grow and activity as well, but he is also good at leading and getting stuff done when its time to actually do things and of course he can mess around here and there, but when it comes to it. he'll get whatever he needs to get done. I forgot to mention one thing though, i hope to see you promote more activity on the server because as it is right now, Rancor has fallen hard since Void and Ollie left

I’m not going to give a +1 or -1 until some of these answers on your app are elaborated on, for the question of how you’re going to improve relations within the GAR, id say elaborate more because we’re talking about the GAR and you bring in bounty hunters in when they aren’t apart of it and half of that is about CG and Senate, as well, no real plan is provided. I would like to know what exactly you have planned to actually carry out your job correctly and efficiently instead of saying I’m going to do this and that because, anyone can say that, since most of the server pop plays as a clone which is apart of the GAR I would say that is the section which should be getting a nice planned layout for how you plan to interact with sectors and battalions and as well, and I’m talking about you directly as chancellor, not you sending senators to do the work for you. also I’m curious as to how the senator has improved under your leadership since not all of us are involved with senate affairs or the way it’s run.

(3 sentence minimum): I want to rejoin the staff team as I see there is new opportunities to do things around the server event wise with the new map and other such things on the server that weren’t here when I was staff. Besides that I also hope to help out just in general since I see a lack of SA+ who are doing something else than AFK early in the morning or late at night, but overall I just hope to return of doing my normal event here and there, but mostly building up deployments from main server to event server which I like doing since it helps build up to the deployment. (3 sentence minimum): I think it went alright, much slower than other times I was staff, like I said I was in 104th HC last time and I didn’t have much time to dedicate to staff and would put most of it to 104th especially since I was already low on time to get on since I was working lots of hours on top of school so I wasn’t able to crunch in much staff wise. Besides that I think I also spent a lot of time building dupes and planning events so I could do them at a later time which I also kind of got fucked over by quotas since I would spend a lot of time building but not enough time to actually put out multiple quality events.
