As much as this would be nice, I'd have to say -1 for the following reasons. We've tried grapple guns before this one not tested but they were abused and buggy. Were they fun, yes, but I think it would take away server performance unfortunately, and if they could grab players I could also see the issue of abusing it that way. Good idea, I just don't see them getting another chance... just like plantable/throwable RBC's.

I could see this being implemented to jobs as in lore characters that are in the server that don't have a specialty Ex. Dogma. I don't think that the entire sub-unit should get it but if we could get a list of the Lore Characters in a sub unit that don't have anything in their equipment would be great.

-1 Each time he's on he is causing issues no matter what. For someone wanting to re-appeal their track record says it all. Yeah, people do change, but I don't think he has changed a bit. You get what you deserve, each action you do will catch up to you, for CapCoot, it was his time and it finally caught up to him.

I am usually on late night, I don't really get to see a lot of people and don't read people's names half the time. I like the suggestion that way people know the visual difference but that color scheme isn't my taste. But again, it is my opinion.
