I think the proper fix to armor on the server making it more usable is to have support armor drops fill the full armor bar, instead of just the 100 it does currently.

Honestly, remove the staff rank part of the name also. Isn't the whole point of the tags that they tell you positions of players on the server? Just rely on that to do its job and remove a TON of name clutter with this double wammy. +1

Changing to a +1 your plan is to maintain status quo. You realize systems are working well and letting them maintain their current trajectory is a plan, just hard to verbalize and easier to critique in an application. In the future it’s ok to just admit this, others might find issue but honesty is the best policy. As long as you can explain why things work well and why there’s no need for anything outside fine tuning you’ll be alright. good luck.

I just. I need to know more. You could hate everything and want to change it all or you could be like “eh it’s all good, let’s just have a leader with current systems” and I honestly can’t tell. As someone who is a Part of the high command for the order I need more. I’ve waited a bit for you to answer other peoples questions but all answers are unsatisfactory to me. -1 till you can explain a bit what you like and don’t like of our current systems and what you plan on changing.

I hear a game mode for this already exsists. Its under the label "DarkRP". You should all go check it out. Seriously tho, i see what you wanna do, but why? Why does high command think this is the best course for these factions? What do they wish to see our of this new citizen job? I've heard some things like "oh you can be a doctor for the Clones" or a "ENG they hire to fix stuff". But we have clone jobs for that, and i don't really want the clone taken out of clone wars RP. I'm very hesitant rn. What makes citizen worth playing on when you could be a BH or a clone?

I've already brought this up to @Metro as something that I thought really helped transparency. Office of high command used to be more about discussion and communication, and less about "Hey here's just another announcement". I'd really like to see it get change back to talking about future plans, what you've been working on, and getting feedback from the community vs the current state. Would be a good step for communication.

This isn't an answer. Alluding to future plans provides no answer to the player base.

I’m confused by this one. Most things I can at least kinda get. But BH and Senate being merged is uh, wacky. Senate is not like anything else on the server. Guild is nothing like senate. So someone going up in the senate is out of place if they apply for guild lead, and guild lead is gonna know nothing of how senate works. Mas is kinda just a lore character now. This is one wacky subunit.

One of your fellow regimentals has -1'd you. The other hasn't yet but brought up issues. This isn't a good look to me IMO. These are people you will be above and if they aren't confident in your leadership and you as a person then this could lead to a lot of issues in your term. -1, but i'm open to changing my mind based on if tessa responds or you convince finn, but speaking form experience if they don't want you above them its probably for a reason.
