I think the rule change should be for High command to be able to grant lore positions for things under them in the hierarchy. As well as changing it so that BCMD/XO/CMD of a battalion or faction doing the same for lore characters in their group if needed. Now the only issue I have is "what about positions that are filled by someone else". Could someone feel insulted that someone got their position for the day? Could they be mad they wheren't consulted. For open positions it should definitly be more lax, but for filled positions these are things to watch out for.

Hopefully it gets accepted this time. I remember when these models dropped. We where so excited to look this good, and now 2 years later hopefully our dream can come true for someone else. +1

I was under the impression directors could already do this. Its not uncommon for big events such as last night for players to get permission to go on jobs they're usually not allowed on. For example in the jedi order i've been given permission to be anakin numerous times when I wasn't him by different yoda's, or during order 66 events directors/GMC giving permission to be characters so the big names where filled. So if anything I think this suggestion could become more expansive then its current state, and allow for more then just "with director permission", because to me it seems like they already have this power.

Two more questions for you. Right now the server is at an all time low for filled in applicable positons. What do you plan on doing to help fill these positions? When you look at the servers current state, what to you are the biggest things holding the community in its rut right now?

Metro I know you can and have done great but I have one major concern. Obviously you’re just coming back and while I don’t really care too much about that the past couple times you’ve joined back on have been for 2-3 week periods max due to things like work. Do you plan on being here this time a bit more long term? while right now someone might be better then no one I think someone who leaves a bunch of half finished jobs done might be worse.

I believe this might be a communication issue in the poll itself. If you had included a none option then that might have conveyed the point better. I see people seeing the poll, feeling like they have to choose one, and moving forward with that. Just a thought. to improve communication on the issue.

I wish the poll results where private. Nothing is more discouraging then seeing the community vote for your battalion to get removed.

Ok i'm getting a ton of cool ideas. Different huds for different jobs/groups. Give clones a more classic FPS hud like in RC game, naval something else with a place for the new pop-ups, Jedi something from say the old jedi knights games. IDK if possible, but could be cool. +1

Thats in single player, making them mods on the server that you need to connect you could disable the ability to turn it off. Why its important to make sure that condition is explicit. That and off by default is important for me as well.

Name: Conrad RP Rank: Overseer Suggestion: Remove the new battalion structure defined here: Implementation: Go back to 3-3-3 battalion structure, remove the 4th regimental. Other: In the current state of the server we need less applicable positions of oversight, doing stuff like this bloats up the top level that we can't even fill properly. Reverting it will put one less position that will sit open.

It’s a beautiful day for rain it would seem. i don’t know how many more friends I can take stepping away right now. That’s always been the hardest part of this type of community. @Mavelle All the good ones have left by this point. No one left. Not a single person who would look out for our community remains... Also imagine calling onderon a downgrade of anaxes kekew. I think a double main map rotation would be lit, but it's gotta be done right, just going back to anaxes and onderon every other week won't be it IMO.

Mavelle not being able to do game master/build things is a travesty. @MaddoxxBring back honorary staff, let him host an event whenever he feels like it, the server is literally much worse off without him.
