  2. Just a few of the bounties that the Guild has to offer. If you get this position, will the "civilian" faction stop being an excuse to MRDM with no punishment? Will any RP be facilitated in the bounties that you or your leadership team produce? Do you need a Governor position to have your Guild not be almost exclusively terrorist RP? Will there be any sort of quality control in the Guild going forward?

Name: Kaiser RP Rank: 212th BCMD Suggestion: Bring back Foxtrot to 212th Attack Battalion as a 3rd subunit Implementation: For those of you looking to instantly -1 this suggestion based on negative experiences, I implore you to read the entire thing. After talks with High Staff/Development, the return of this squad is very possible if done correctly. There is no official rule preventing the addition of a 3rd subunit, and no rule on removing the whitelists suggested. This will be a major shift for the 212th as a whole, and as a battalion that has had the honor of success in the past year, I believe we’re the perfect candidates to test run an additional group. We would be removing 4 whitelists to make room for Gregor and the 3 additional Foxtrot members. In practical terms, we would work with former Foxtrot members and current SOBDE members that have already stepped forward to offer assistance with dupes and tryouts. With myself overseeing the first runs, we would invite SOBDE members to watch how we do tryouts which would affirm that RC standards would be met. Additionally, when 212th previously had Foxtrot, we held a very high standard of RP and have every intention to bring it back. SOBDE has a very high standard of RP as well, which gives us a great example to learn from. In turn, with one of our subunits acting more seriously, this will 100% rub off on our other subunits, in turn rubbing off on the battalion, in turn rubbing off on the server. Lore: Foxtrot Group was a commando squad led by CC-5576-39 Captain Gregor serving under Marshal Commander Cody and General Obi-Wan Kenobi. While it operated under the Special Operations Brigade, it was attached to the 212th Attack Battalion. Captain Gregor has been depicted multiple times in Star Wars media, giving merit to Foxtrot having the ability to build lore on Synergy. After talks from High Staff/developers, members of current SOBDE, and former Foxtrot members, I am 100% confident 212th can bring back this unit and support it in the right way. To start with the unit, we would like to include SOBDE in the initial process in setting up the tryouts. We want to make sure that the standard for RC squads is being held up overall and our Foxtrot members are of a higher caliber than any other trooper in 212th. The past 3 Barlex’s did NOT like being on the actual job, and would often prefer to sit on 2ndAC SUP if they have their training due to the low benefits of the Barlex whitelist. The 212th Officer whitelist isn’t used at all. The GC whitelists we would remove would change GC to a strictly stealth recon unit rather than Spec Ops. We would open up more 212th GC ARF spots to compensate along with 1 GC ARC slot. I look forward to answering any questions people have in the comments, and reassuring anyone with doubts that we can handle this. Even with myself only being on the server for a year, I know the server has changed significantly. Now is the time to bring back this once successful unit to the former glory of Foxtrot.

After seeing the admins in my battalion constantly putting in work, it motivated me to apply for staff and help them out. Joining the staff team would make it a lot easier to host ARC trainings, since I am in rancor, and it would also help me when it comes to hosting Jedi Trials. Since joining in August, I’ve fallen in love with the community and I wanna do whatever I can to help. I have a lot to learn but I’m dedicated to this server and willing to put in the time. Overall becoming a staff member would be a great way for me to give back to the community that I love being a part of. I have had to constantly grow and be smarter then I was before and try to adapt, coming back to the server now even I have had to change my mindset on a lot of things due to the natural change of player base and mindset, 41st has been something interesting to join because I have seen such a different type of battalion that I am normally used to (501st/212th/SOBDE), but I reveal in learning and trying to do something new on the server just for the thrill of it and the enjoyment of others, I am constantly sitting in TS wondering how can I improve myself, in every staff feedback talk I'm asking the VAs how can I improve myself, its my constant need where I need to be better and better and I can NEVER be satisfied with the finish product. This mindset keeps me motivated on the server constantly to try to 1 up myself and do better than before to prove to every one of these abilities. Experience I have confidence I have a strong experience on synergy to understand what works and what doesn't, I have played SWRP since 2017, and have seen the evolution of how battalions can and have been handled, I have seen dogshit BCMDs and I have seen fantastic BCMD on the server, I feel confident I can call out most things that can and can not work and take risks in things that won't destroy the battalion forever. In mindset, I feel confident in my ability to lead battalions to ensure it's coming into a strong base and a strong foundation of what needs to be done. I have been backstabbed, demoted, and banned, I have done it all and due to that hardship I feel confident that I can tackle any problem given to me on the server with not just a positive mindset but a mindset for the server and by the server Mindset I think this has changed the most since coming back to the server, Marshla commander changed me a lot, and one of the things that I realize is just constantly looking at the bigger picture of synergy servers. Before I always just thought of my battalion and beating everyone else (This was my mindset with SOBDE/212th when in charge) now I look at this significantly differently, as someone who has had to do a lot of the hard work I see the bigger picture constantly and talking to high leadership it just makes me think of a lot, I think this new mindset makes me such a better player in the server, I'm not just thinking selfishly but for the entire server health. Availability: Like in every application I have I have a very random schedule, but overall I tend to play later NA and earlier NA due to my timezone of PST, I am available on Discord nearly 24/7 due to my crippling addiction to my phone, I try to at least get on every day for at least an hour or two and do something. Do you have a microphone?: yeah not a good one Where do you want your battalion to be at the end of your term?: Positive Direction I think the 41st needs to head in a more positive direction, right now I don't think the 41st has a strong direction/image in the battalion and has just been on "lockdown mode" I want to fix this ASAP and try to pull the direction into the battalion into a FUN STRUCTURED BATTALION, I want to highlight this for the entire time for the battalion. Part of this will take time to ensure we are making sure the culture in the battalion is constantly moving, this is one of the biggest things that i want to help with the 41st as I think the battalion needs to have this mindset if it wants to improve again. Officer To achieve this I want to ensure the office core is united, if given the position I want to communicate and talk to all the officers to get them all in the same page, most likely I will try to host bi-weekly officer meetings to organize and get everyone thinking for the battalion mindset. I want to light a fire under the battalion to constantly be motivated to IMPROVE the battalion, get on, and healthily do stuff. I have full confidence the battalion will move forward it just needs a positive leader to motivate them. New Heads I want to also focus on getting a newer generation of 41st into the battalion, something that I think the battalion needs to focus the most on is ensuring the battalion, part of this will be talking about possibly revamping the promotion system and talking about how we log and see work in the battalion, I want to try to look at specific aspects of the battalion to try to improve enlisted. Recently we have had an influx of enlisted, and part of what we need to focus on is making sure the new generation is going well, i have already done my part, and want everyone in the battalion to make this their top priority to ensure the battalion will live on longer. Subunits I plan if given the position to work with the subunits to not just give them an image to diverse themselves but workshop to ensure we can express our battalion in the best direction, while I have ideas I want to work with the subunit leaders, battalion image, and my officer core to not just ensure the future of the battalion will keep the image, something I do wanna ensure that the subunits aren't stepping on each other toes (I don't think advertising GC/Improcco Company as elite subunits work as its a conflict of interest, I would rather figure out ways to have different ways, this is obviously a group effort that I think we as a battalion will tackle to shape it as the image for the battalion) Do you understand that if you go inactive you will be removed from your position?: yes Do you understand that your position has a three-month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your commander rank?:yes Conclusion: TL;DR I want 41st to be a positive force for the community by pushing a more friendly and fun battalion, end of the day I want a structured/fun battalion that has strong officers that are motivated to keep pushing the battalion forward The bones of the battalion are fine as it is, it just needs a strong leader to come in and enrich the bones.

Steam Name: Shady RP Name: Thire RP Rank: Major Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:64853519 | 76561198089972767 Battalion you are applying for: CG BCMD Fox Experience: Prior to my return I was a DU eARCL MAJ Coruscant Guard PVT-MAJ Since my return to Synergy, I never thought that I would be where I am now within the Coruscant Guard. I was always intrigued with Diplomatic Services and Negotiations. I found Courscant Guard's professionalism and integrity always honorable. After some time away, I instantly knew what I wanted to do and set forth on this great path. Diplomatic Services-Diplomatic Services Officer When I made the rank of SGT, I joined Diplomatic Services. I quickly applied for and was promoted to DSO, allowing me the ability to really start helping out with my battalion, which I did by hosting DS tryouts and Negotiations trainings. During this time, I became Rys and started applying myself within the MED regiment. Once I obtained the rank of WO, I spent my time making sure trainings were being done, checking on the activity of my troopers, and making sure our enlisted, NCO and SNCO were all taken care to prevent any problems from arising within the ranks. Regimental Officer After I got promoted to LT, I pushed myself to take on even more responsibilities within the Officer Corps of the battalion. I made sure our WOs were doing their trainings, promoting the troopers doing good work, amongst other officer duties. I wanted to help out the battalion more by going beyond MED and becoming the Regimental Officer. I interviewed for it and got accepted. As Regimental Officer, my tasks included making sure the regimental leads and officers were promoting their regiments and maintaining activity. There were some high points and some low points during this period. DS was full, ARC was full, but the other regiments seemed to struggle behind. I did everything that I could to make sure we got good people into those regiments and now, I can say that through my efforts we have filled MED, HVY, and everything else is currently in a healthy state and headed in the right direction. By maintaining my focus on getting the regiments to the right place, I soon found myself at the rank of CPT. I used this opportunity to help start mentoring my fellow Officers and that's how I ended up as MAJ. Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: Throughout my time on Synergy, I have done nothing but constantly strive to improve the battalion by assisting our regiments with trainings, ensuring everything was documented appropriately, and helped to revamp the CG tryout doc and the Negotiations training doc to make sure that new members of Coruscant Guard are trained properly and that our community is able to flourish. I have been learning and growing, finding new ways to help everyone know the Synergy server rules and our battalion's own rules. I have consistently helped to make Coruscant Guard a better place and intend to do so as BCMD. As BCMD, I plan to help continuing to improve the efficiency of the battalion in one main way. I want to change the way we handle our trainings and increase the standards of our trainings. Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want your battalion to be at the end of your term?: Officer Corp: During my time in CG, so far I have seen lots of promising candidates and have helped a few get into Officer Corps by building them up to be model officers. I hope to continue to build the corp while maintaining its integrity, leadership and professional values. By actively informing our current and new Officers on how to host and partake in RP related trainings. Cross-Regiment, and Cross-Battalion trainings will help give CG Officers a greater chance at relations within CG and the server as a whole while also making them more experienced leaders. Members of the Officer Corps will be held more accountable for their actions and I want to be certain that when I'm at the end of my term, the Officer Corp is able to continue on with the next Fox even if it's not me NCO's: While I was in the NCO group, I realized that certain requirements and duties were quite easy to obtain which caused an influx of members to our SNCOs filling up and our battalion's WO stuck in limbo. Currently we have lots of NCO's and SNCO's that have been extremely crucial to the health in the battalion and are being pushed to be more influential within CG and its regiments. I would like to fix our requirement system so that members don't feel like they're rushing through the ranks. I want trainings, patrols, and event leadership to mean more than being just a number on a form. By changing the way members are promoted through the ranks, I think that will help ensure future leaders are ready to take on the added responsiblities they have as an Officer. Diplomatic Services: Since I have been in DS, I have had a hard time getting negotiations RP on the server, and, to avoid a rant, there is a lot of times where negotiations isn't provided as an option or it is but everyone tends to stop that RP. I want to make changes to that so we can have more time and ability to negotiate by having a more established knowledge of the RP itself. Recently, DS has not been as active as it was when I started out. I want to return to having more Senator and DS-style trainings, as well as joint trainings with 104th as they are great with hostage rescue and negotiations. I want to bring multiple battalions together to promote RP for DS and 104th alike. Since leaving DSO and becoming the REGO, I have constantly tried to push for more intergration and roleplay of with other battalions. I want to also push more joint training with 41st as they're our alien translators. With the right push, I believe DS can work alongside 41st and 104th in elaborate joint trainings involving negotiations, alien translations, and hostage rescue. Tracker: Tracker has been in turmoil since I joined CG. During my time, it has had its ups and its downs. With it being so underutilized. I believe with the new leadership in place it can be moved to a better place. I'm working with the TKL to make sure that we see return of Masiff RP. In doing so, I would like to involve them more in hostage rescue and negotiationsm, bringing the entirity of CG's Specilized Regiments into the fold by using each of their strengths to make each other better. I want tracker to mean more than just being CG's K9 unit. I want to use them in more of DS's RP, kind of along the lines of assisting with criminal searches and village raids, to name a few I am happy to have been in Coruscant Guard for as long as I have. When I returned, lots of battalions tried pleading their case, but CG was the one that presented the strongest pitch. I hope to continue the Legacy of the Foxes before me. I hope during my time, I can return some stability to the Battalion. I want to push for more professionalism and teachings of the rules and, by doing so, creating a more friendly and more knowledgeable group that fully understands each other's capabilities and how they interconnect.   8. From looking at 41st now, its clear to see that the battalion needs direction and spirit. I think bacta can give that spirit. It looks like the battalion is extremely inactive and there are no systems in place to prevent this or counteract it. I have trust you will lay down your finger when given the opportunity. +1

However I was around for all your high command positions and I know that when you put your mind to it you're more than capable of doing it.   18. +1, dude came to me a couple of weeks ago, asked me what went good during my term, what went bad and asked for my ideas and thoughts about improving activity. Which I call respect. Also pretty active during both prime NA and EU time, which 41st has been needing imo. Good luck.

Say what you want about this guy and his antics but he is good at running a battalion and I think 41st would do great with your energy and passion. You are already so great at welcoming new people in and making them feel like they are apart of the battalion as an NCO. Easiest +1 of my life I can’t wait to see and work with you

There is no real reason for this promotion to also have that responsibility. Also I don’t see you as fit to be HC involved in HC decisions.

  28. I had expressed interest in the position since Silviian's term. There is 2 others who mentioned their interest. Ill mention one, and that's Squishy. The 2nd one is a Knight who would want the position if they moved up But im retired! leave me alone! how about we merge them all into one fucking whitelist. Padawan/Knight/Master and give them every power. Put restrictions on what they can use and slap all the models onto the jobs
