Moving to a new house and burnout Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): I recently made a comeback to the server after 3 months. I was honestly burned out before that, + the amount of IRL work and with moving etc. But I want to give it another chance, and remembered, that a thing that made me enjoy playing in this server, was being able to do staffwork and host events while RPing. This made the time on the server more fun, and avoided burnout. I also put all my freetime towards this server, wanting to be able to do something else. I feel like Ive found a balance now, where I can enjoy playing for some hours, but at the same time do other stuff without getting burned out. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): I think it was good. I think others believe the same. I reached VA, was there for a couple of months, felt like I did good job, both staffwise and GMwise. Decided to step down, as I knew I could fill a position while being inactive/burned out. I also think that the quality I did in my staff time was good. And like I said earlier, the reason for the burnout and resignation, was due to not being able to balance IRL and GMOD, which was my own fault, leaving in me resigning. The 3 months break I had, gave me a good space to get some motivation back to play, and again help the server. Do you understand by re-applying to get your previous rank back that you will be tested on your knowledge of the server rules and practices?: Ye

Based on your experience and my experience with you in Rancor, I will +1 The thing with the 41st is, that they have a special culture in the battalion, a good one, chill and nice, but not too strict. What I experienced in my term is, putting harsher standards into the NCO/Officer core can be a good thing, but also a very bad thing. So I think you should be careful with that, and find a balance. Afaik their current way of enforcing disciplin and activity is good, unless it has changed.

Started building the new house + work + kid and wife= No time at all. No motivation or energy to get on, so Id rather let someone active take the GMM. I tried to be as active as I can, but it ended up with my forcing myself to be on/ Getting too inactive in general. Tried seeing if resigning as VA would help with the activity, but it did not. My activity will not be better due to work and building a new house. So Id rather leave my position and focus on my trooper character, so I dont get fully burned out from the server. Story was nice, GM was a W. Effort was W. EJs were meeh and sometimes(Most of the times) made it annoying to play, cause they were running around spamming the OP CIS shotgun. But still after all, it was fun. 5 - 5 - 5 cause joyboy
