  3. 4.5/5/5 Honestly these are the events I live for in Synergy. Good pacing, good story, good gameplay, no lag, it all fits. The only thing I would have liked to see improved was how much space we had. It sometimes felt like there were multiple of us doing different things on opposite sides of the map, and I wasn't sure if what I was doing was relevant to the overall story.

Through all the outstanding individuals I have been under, like Marvel, Atlex, Abraham, Drage, Rio, and so many others, They believed in me and helped me improve myself. I went through HVY and stayed there through my time in a regiment. I would be made an HVYO under Rio, who was a mentor to me during my beginning in 501st. I also explored HVO as most people did, and it was suitable for a time, but my calling was HVY. I would become Hardcase and go back to being an HVYO; after Rio left, I became the HVYL and helped make it prosper. During this time, I was an Intel Officer already making an impact by helping to manage the Roster to the Forms. I would be made Intel Director in time. One of my most significant accomplishments is the 501st Bot which automates the process on the discord to add people to the tags needed so it would interact with Jova’s excellent bot to promote/demote, add LOA’s/ROA’s and so many more helpful uses without the need for manually doing so. Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: To be honest, I have thought about this question a lot. I have dedicated so much to this battalion by helping with Intel to help Regiments to help Individuals better themselves but not take away their unique personalities. Since day one, I have always looked out for the people around me to make sure they are making themselves better and becoming good friends with many people around me. I always do what is best for the battalion, and when the time came, I was here to help. I want to see the 501st prosper and become what it always should be, a family of brothers fighting to keep each other together. In the end, that’s what I want for everyone, to know this is a place where you can build trust, build friendships, have fun and prosper. Do you understand the lore of your battalion?: Yes, I understand the lore of the 501st and its subunits. Availability: I am available almost every day around 4 PM EST to 12 PM EST, Discord I am always available but I may not answer right away to every reply. Estimate of how long you've played on Synergy Roleplay?: 9 Months Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want your battalion to be at the end of your term?: 501st: I will be removing the merit system as a requirement for promotions but leaving it as a choice for those who do like having merits. I will be implementing a new system that focuses on how the person is doing more than how long he has been a rank or how many merits he has done. It will show the best that can come out of people, the helping hand that support and medics do so amazingly. But also for the Heavies, HVOs, and ARFs that help protect from both the front and back lines of the battlefield. Lastly, it will show off the fantastic Leadership skills taught to the ARCs. This system will help improve to show every strength and weakness someone may have, But it will help to know what Officers can do to help people and make them more potent as an individual. Senior Officers: With the Senior Officers, I wish to talk to each of them individually and get their opinions on how the battalion is doing and find the flaws that the battalion has in their eyes. I want to see what they wish to improve and see what they like to keep continuing in the battalion. Junior Officers: Junior Officers I want them to use their strengths to help SNCOs and NCOs to improve themselves; for example, if a Junior Officer is great at Leadership skills, but a couple SNCOs and NCOs are not, they can help them and improve both themself but also the SNCOs and NCOs. Warrant Officer: I want to work on how our Warrant Officers learn; what I mean by this is to have both Junior Officers and Senior Officers teach them what they think of as good teachings and techniques to use as Officers. Doing this gives them a broad view of what they want to use or not use as an Officer. It also gives experience to the Officers on how to teach new Warrant Officers or new Junior Officers and maybe even learn new ways to improve themselves. SNCO: When they get to this point, This is when the true individuals who have the dedication to improve themselves but also know they are being watched to become the following Officers. This is where the future leaders are truly born. Most of them will shine brightly as they have already got past the most significant hurdle, themself. NCO: NCOs are still low with experience most of the time, but the individuals have their own strengths. I want them to find what they believe their flaws are and find their strengths. As they find these, it will help them to know what can help better themselves as an individual because, in the end, that’s the best thing you can take out of all of this. Jedi: I would work closely with our brilliant Jedi Lead Phaser/Ahsoka Tano and our amazing Anakin Skywalker/shroud to help improve Jedi in any way they need and have more communication between them 501st and 501st Jedi as, at the moment, we have been failing on. We will work on informing 501st Jedi on how they can join subunits. Currently it is unclear how to join them, It is inconsistent with hosting Subunit tryouts. 332nd Company: For the 332nd Company I want to see them working together better and not fighting with each other. I will make sure that 332nd is run by a great team and make sure it does not fall apart but improve the tryout for a more ease of use and reduce the setup time. It would be more beneficial for the activity and image of 332nd both outside and inside of the battalion for them to focus on their requirements of TECH and EOD trainings, as well as giving them a more specialized role within the battalion instead of being just another skin on the models and a new name. Torrent Company: For the Torrent Company I want to make sure it gets full, but not just that full, with the right people for each spot. I will make sure to have an active Torrent Company and talk with each of the current members about their spot and if they feel they are in the right spot or need a change. Also, I will ask them how they feel about other members of Torrent Company. Regiments: I want to see the regiments working together and communicating more with each other. I want to see the regiments helping improve each other instead of fighting for every person. I will go through a check with everyone to see what regiment is their favorite and make sure they have the best chance to either be in that regiment and have them tell me if they are in that regiment and a way to improve it. Intel: Intel is in a great spot within the battalion. The Intel System is almost entirely automated, and only a couple of missing parts are to be fully finished. By the end of my term, the goal is to be fully automated, giving no need to have so many Intel Members, Making it easier for people who do not wish to be distracted by Intel work.   6. 3, 5, 4 I greatly enjoyed when the ship started to fill with acid and the intense music started to hit, I had to go back and alert conrad since he wasn't paying attention due to a Interview and being the last one out making sure everyone got out was stressful but extremely fun. This is probably imo one of your best events so far Squishy and what I tbh want with Attack Deployments tbf I love these types of deployments horror inspired haven't had one in ages. (if you want a high rating for me whenever always do a horror event :P) However in the ship I experienced quite a bit of lag at the end involving the infected Jedi with LUA errors and such which did effect the gameplay and enjoyment in that part a bit however I did enjoy the roleplay in general wish the event was a tad bit longer with more additional things (thats just my opinion) to do etc but the pacing of the event was rather good.

  7. 3/5/3 Zombies had way too much HP at the beginning to where it took a full mag from a Z6 to kill them, was better once inside the ship The event jobs were good and added a lot of immersion Had some pretty bad moments of lag and stuttering but was better towards the end

  25. Excuse if it double quoted, Mobile from Vegas ain’t going so hot. I have no events prewritten, as per exactly what I wrote in my app. though I understand you have a system in place, I’m challenging that system with something NEW AND DIFFERENT to bring to the table. Again, as per my application. I’m not pre writing events because as someone who’s been doing this for 8 years I understand no plan or event survives the player dynamic. It simply doesn’t work that way. You cannot fully encompass all possibilities of the way players will react to a scenario. I have high-value training systems that I developed back in the day with a good friend of mine who I trained with religiously IRL. (who was good enough to be featured in rainbow 6 siege as a character). These are my primary addition to the team and again, as previously written, I will provide documents to select individuals on request via discord, but will not publicly link them.

  27. So, you say some of things going around doing trainings, passive Rp, and showing them a correct discipline manner. But as XO how come you haven't already attempted to do so? If you are doing your best right now what makes me think anything is going to change in the future? Especially after today and the past week roughly, I have seen a huge lack of maturity, discipline, and leadership. I think I am leaning more towards a -1 here, unless you can change my mind of course.

  28. +1 i may be GC, but i still wish to say this. if u cant get it for everyone why not suggest it for GC ARF, boil, and waxer, that way it can stick to like 4-5 people. since its unfortunate that SO is gone and I think we should have it in GC. that way clones have a way to at least be able to cloak, besides the only way republic getting jedi shadows which not many people go for since everyone mainly goes for guardian or consular from my experiences. this way it at least gives ARF a bit of a buff, since it hurts due to the fact that perma weapons exist and makes ARF obselete. because why be ARF when u can be a sniper with a jet pack and reach better locations while the rest of ARF are confined to the Ground. I don't think HVY should receive it since they are a loud and proud kinda group specializing in making noise.,or GC pilot since pilot is already strong in itself, and maybe GC Arc due to the fact they also get scouting priority like ARF. a lot of the time recon doesn't exist in events and everyone rushes to OBJ so Arf or ARC have no opportunity's for Recon at all. keep in mind SO is now gone and the GAR does not have any cloakers besides jedi and even then those shadows I don't see often online, or doing what they can to flank or surprise the enemy instead just become reduced to living shields like every other jedi does.

  29. Unpopular opinion but +1 His reasons are solid, and to me his defense is solid. A stealth section, especially with the removal of a large stealth section (SO), should get cloaks. Sure, it seems like they're asking for more, but GC isn't that huge. 2AC is the entirety of 212th right now, so I don't think using GC's size as a reason not to is especially valid. At least not with the removal of another stealth unit. Cloaking devices are a little OP sure, but it's not like he's asking to give them to all of 212th, or all of 2AC. He's asking that his stealth sub gets stealth gear and I support that.
