I am going to be honest what has been going on with events recently? All I see is encounters, and even that there has been a max of 2 encounters a day. I just feel there has been a lack of events/encounters. Along with there only being encounters they are all the same, trandoshan bounty hunter, CIS planting bombs, etc. All people do is just small RP that is the same as well. Overall I think the server is getting dry due to all of this and us as a community should do something about it.

But on the other hand, my time as MRP Director I felt I went in the complete opposite direction. Jagger's Farewell Ep 2: The IRL Strikes Again I achieved more than I thought on this return (8 month boogaloo) -- I only came back with the intent to play around a bit and maybe help the 212th. I accomplished pretty awesome things, like becoming Head Admin, Game Master Manager, Sentinel Manager for Jedi, Foxtrot Lead Gregor, and of course BCMD Cody of the 212th. I created awesome server wide events, lead fun server wide roleplay, pulled off many joint training with all battalions on the server with 212th, and accomplished every objective I had in my term (all 13 of em). Not gonna lie, I probably would have kept going if I could. 2x Cody Term Jagger? ATT REG Jagger? (Tyennoch tried getting me to apply as I'm writing this LMAO sorry man gotta pass) GMC Jagger? Jedi Master Jagger? Director Jagger? Who knows. I would have done it all if it meant having fun and helping out the community. It was quite the experience having done all the things I did. Not gonna get too much into this, but the major reasons I'm leaving once again are IRL (Family problems/Financial issues/Job stress/Mental Health/Burnout). My life is wack and I no longer have the time/energy for Gmod. Nor do I any longer have the tolerance for the GMOD Culture/mentalities. Is it just me, or does Gmod drive people to do bad, stupid shit? Seems to bring out the worst of people. Y'all need to chill the fuck out and talk to each other upfront like men instead of the petty ego/gossip shit. Also, get off your asses and do some sick RP. You can RP anything if you just put your mind to it. I turned a guy farting by 212th bunks into a 2 hour long serious roleplay situation that got the entire server involved ( @Maggot ). Work together to achieve the experience you're looking for. My home of the 212th has also seen dramatic changes of the years. I've been through it thick and thin. In many ways, it has gotten better. However, it's no longer the 212th I grew up with. It's different now. I don't think it's a bad thing, but the fierce passion I once had for the battalion seemed to have faded with the ones I served with years ago. Kinda killed the motivation. The main server is only used for encounters and passive RP now basically. I think it's great! We have all these wonderful roleplayers that never fail to keep the server engaged! For example, we have a lot of clones who like to stand guard. Like in the shows! Only... I'm unsure what they're guarding by staring at a corner for 3 hours.

I'd also like to add that any new late night/early morning players are also just going to get stuck in the TR room since the people are AFK anyway padding those numbers. Things from the outside, as a non-staff member seem very restrictive right now from what I've been hearing. I could be wrong and not afraid to admit it.

I'm gonna be real. If GMs were authorized to do deployments when there are less than 70 people on the server, it's gonna get people to be more active, and just off the deployment alone, you're gonna get a number of people from the deployed battalions to get on that were not already.

I guess it's that time... I joined back to the server from being on a 6 month break. It was one of the most fun experiences i have had thus far. But with that comes the consequences and i think it is time. This is a long time coming. I don't really know how to do this but, i wanna say that everyone that i have gotten to know over the past few years are all really cool and funny people. Well maybe not all @Craigary Kinda smells like chicken sandwiches. But they are the ones who have made this such an enjoyable experience. But now, i don't think i can do it anymore. I gotta find some inspiration to go and do something. If i don't find that i guess imma be right back to square one: I wanna give some final wishes @kojak Don't change man, you are awesome, cool and funny. As someone who's spent the past 2 months under Kojak, I can tell y'all that he isn't what you'd typically expect from the standard SL. He's probably the most chill SL I've ever encountered in my 4 years of playing this shit game. I love his mindset and honestly it's gonna suck losing him as an SL because I'll never have another one like him, but, he wants to move up, I say let him, he'll do great! +1

It's not just an update that will suddenly yoink CG back into the spotlight. It's the people who hold high positions with a well... disposition against the reds. It kind of just spreads to the people that are ignorant. I can name a good few off the top of my head. Either that or more people are toxic now than they used to be. That's probably it.
