I'll just address some things that you guys have brought up so far. Lack of TR's: I can't really force people to become TR's. I've been working on the TR program by promoting Technodad to the Trainer Director position, and talking with him and Bruno about incentivizing training like it is on Clone Wars to have more appeal in the program, as well as the TR of the week program that's already been started. There isn't much beyond that to be done, besides just hosting TR tryouts, which is the shortcoming of the TRO's, not me. Lack of Staff: Again, how am I supposed to get people to apply? We already incentivize staff with staff of the week. People that want to help the server will apply. Those that don't, won't. Activity on MRP vs CWRP: There's only been one day this week where I have spent more than an hour on the CWRP server. Today. I got two hours of sleep, and wanted to relax. I've logged just as many, if not more, hours than most staff and Commander+ on the server, and I never AFK for more than 15-30 minutes. I don't spend as much time on trump as I'd like to, I'll agree with that. Reasoning behind that is that the Russian side has been lacking a lot more than the United States, and I swap to Russian jobs to give the US something to do, and boost Russian numbers. "On Everyday": So going a day or two a week without loading up the server makes me a bad Director? I'm on discord 24/7 unless I'm sleeping, and am often on teamspeak for 6+ hours a day, spending a lot of time talking to Square about the server. Pythin does more work: Pythin is doing a great job as a staff member. He's doing what he's supposed to. But hosting events isn't the same as running the server. Few other things: -I had nothing to do with the release date of the server. -I've spent almost the past two months working on this server and the development, I want to see it succeed more than anyone because if it doesn't, I just wasted two months. -There are a ton of issues on the server. I will agree to that. The inactivty of Commanders & Higher ranks, lack of TR's, lack of staff, lack of population, the list goes on. I can only do so much as one person to combat it. -If there was someone that could do a better job, or even help me work on things, don't you think they would be Director or Head Admin? We have multiple Head Admin positions open, and one director position. -Very few people come to me and ask if they can help, look for responsibilities, or try to solve problems. Everyone loves to point out issues, but very few people want to put in the effort to solve them. Those of you that are putting in the work will be promoted to the ranks that you deserve, such as Buzz getting Head Admin recently, and Technodad getting TRD. It's a process. -I could list off all the people that are actually doing absolutely nothing that will be removed or demoted soon, but I won't publicly list that information. There are people doing what they can to help the server. There are people doing nothing, hurting the server. You all can decide which type of person I am. I see this more of me being held as the scapegoat for the issues going on. But that's my opinion, and we're all entitled to our own. But, ask and you shall receive. If this "report" gets enough support, I'll back out of the role and leave High Staff empty.

I waited a week before dropping the update to allow the server to stabilize at least 30-40 active players. The server has not been able to maintain 10-20 players per day. Actively. So for you to say it's the fault of an update is very skewed and looks like you're trying to point the finger elsewhere. People obviously find the server boring, otherwise, people would be on it a lot... The desert map is simply bland and I believe a new map that isn't boring/dead will spark a huge life into it, but for you to ask me to actively ignore my clone wars community is outlandish. I will continue to update my personal server, Mods and Square tried to revive Military Roleplay and haven't given up yet, but in order to actively promote roleplay, players need to be on the server (which there are none). Even prior to my "update that killed the server"... Lmfao. Lack of interest in the server is what killed it, sorry to tell you bub. Sinister did an excellent job, especially the founders that set the foundation. What is killing the server? 1.) Commanders not actively promoting roleplay / engaging with players to make a fun 2.) People pointing the finger at higher-ups when it's clearly not the fault of the founders nor is it the fault of Sinister. 3.) Lack of players actually getting on despite the advertisements (AKA- People just not interested) We're not going to force players to get on a server they have no interest in. If we did that, we'd be Icefuse. I don't exactly feel the need of becoming a server that runs like a business. I'd rather run this like a place where people can have fun. We opened up applications for HA+ and those who actively work to promote roleplay on the server. Half of the people complaining are putting 0 to no effort in themselves and have no room to talk. Calling someone else lazy when people themselves are in fact lazy is quite hypocritical. I'm not going to actively sit here and allow you to bash those who work harder than everyone else to see something work while players who complain do nothing but complain. This is grade A bullshit the way you typed this out and is a great way to make an excuse for the server not working. Thanks for your opinion as shit as it is. Furthermore, this report is DENIED. It is not even close to the fault of sinister. All of the high staff are hard-working, and I would never put it upon 1 singular person for the failure of a server.

Who the flying fuck cares if he hasn't been in sobde there is nothing life changing in sobde that somebody from the outside wouldn't understand this guy is a commander in rancor and last time I was in rancor they took their rp very seriously more seriously than when I was in sobde I really dont see how jags could be a bad squad lead and how he cant help sobde as a brigade +1

You have zero experience in the SOBDE... Which is hardly important and not a good enough reason to -support someone, it's just a way of saying "I don't want you because I don't know you and I can't actually critizise you so here I go!" You currently hold the rank of Rancor ARC Commander Colt, this position clearly took you a lot of time and dedication to achieve, you know how to lead a small unit, and you know how to lead a large unit of ARC Troopers, not any normal clone, an ARC Trooper, which is second to an RC in quality of training and performance. I was Delta 40 Fixer for a few months, and so I have experience within the SOBDE, and with that being said, when I first joined the brigade, it took me two days to fit in and adjust to the culture of a Black Ops battalion, and it was really fucking easy. I have read your document, something which I doubt many of these people commenting on this application have done, and based off of that I am reassured knowing that you understand the inner-workings and expectation of such a squad, and you understand each character and minor detail, and you have already organized a To-Do-List for when you become Hunter. SOBDE is in a bad state, not according to me, but according to somebody already embedded within that brigade, which is why it would be beneficial for somebody competent and motivated from the outside to come and show what an outsider can do. -1 I'm gonna be real here I feel like you could be a great squad lead from what i've seen you have a good rep with rancor but a few things that hold me to a -1. Is for one right now I don't really think Sobde needs to have someone that has never been in sobde before just jumping into a squad lead position right away, sure you can say its a change of pace for sobde, but with how things are in sobde and from what i have heard I think that someone within sobde that knows whats really going on needs to get this position and act quick with this new squad on how to be a squad and serious roleplaying. I as well feel that From what I know is that Sobde is in a kinda bad state which is why they made it so only people within sobde can go for it which i 100% agree with because people know what they need to do with in the regiment to fix it and personally i feel that a outsider coming right into a squad lead position could ruin it.

I feel awful for making this but I just don't see what he is doing for MRP, it seems like he is on CWRP more than his own server. I am suggesting of him moving to CWRP for that his passion or for him to focus more on MRP and keep this server alive. +1 Jags has shown himself to be a fantastic commander within RANCOR both his attitude and commanding of subordinates. As someone who has been former SOBDE, the transistion into squad lead is nothing that should lead to a -1 for this application. I know Jags can do just as well as the other canditates. I respect SOBDE decision to have one of their own become the squad lead, but Jags is just as qualified and his app should not be -1 for that reason.

So, since today marks one year since I resigned from all stuff Staff/Clone/Jedi on the server and pretty much didn't step foot on the server for any considerable amount of time until a week or so ago, I though I would give a little introduction to any of the new boyos out there who don't know who I am. Pre-Gmod I guess the best place to start is at the beginning. I started doing all this RP shit when I discovered fiveM, which, for those who don't know, is a custom launcher for GTAV that people use to host private servers, usually for the purpose of RP and things like that. I played on a server there for a little while. Once I and few friends I made there got bored, we decided to try out Gmod, since one of us had heard that there was a decently large RP community there. Icefuse Days We tried a few Military Servers, some were ok and some were pretty bad. The raw Military theme wasn't really what we were looking for, so we decided to try Clone Wars, since some of us were fans of Star Wars. Again, we tried a few servers, some were bad some were decent. But the one that really stuck with us was Icefuse. So we played on there a little bit, all of us joining the 187th since that was the battalion that our trainer was in and he was pretty cool. Pretty quickly after that though, my friends didn't really wanna stick around, but something about it really clicked with me and I decided to stay around. I didn't get very high ranked in the 187th, only to about Staff Sergeant I believe, but that was ok, since I was just learning at the time. Later on, I decided to move on to what I still consider my second home to this day, the Galactic Marines. This is where I really started to come into my own, I slowly but surely worked my way up through the ranks in GM, taking on the mantle of Engineer Lead and writing my first few documents for tryouts and such. My hard work caught the eye of the current Bacara and Keller and I was deemed worthy of being in Keller's Unit. Not too soon after this, though, the big incident happened which led to Synergy's birth. Synergy Days Once the switch happened, the GM has a lot of work to do, since we didn't have very many people transfer over to the new server. I and a few others put in a lot of hard work to get GM back to it's former glory and we were rewarded for our hard work. I was given the role of Support Regiment Overseer, which meant that I was in charge of the Medical, Engineer, and Support branches of the Galactic Marines/Keller's Unit. Shout out to @Oxen and @Matra. Without you guys I wouldn't have gotten to where I did in GM. This is also around the time where I got TR trained, which would come in handy later. After a few more weeks of hard work, the Keller at the time had to step down due to real life issues, and I was chosen to be the new Commander Keller. Some time during my reign as Keller, I also got accepted to the staff team. I got to work right away trying to make Keller's Unit what it was really supposed to be. I will say, looking back at it that I personally don't think I did a very good job. It was my first time being in a role with real responsibility on the server, and I wasn't really sure what to do or how to do it, but not much I can do about that now. After a few weeks as Keller, not sure exactly how long I held the role, I decided to tryout for the Republic Commando role of Atin. After a few tryouts, I passed, and began a whole new chapter of my time on Synergy. Being Atin was some of the most fun I had on the server at the time, and even to this day I think about it. Serving under the current Niner(Fido) with squad mates Darman(@Rush Cat) and Fi (@Forseen), it was some of the best times on the server. I learned the ropes of how to be RC from people like @Chris and began teaching my respective discipline of Tech with Punda. Eventually, Punda got boss, and Fido had irl issues so he had to step down and I took the mantle of Niner, which was probably my personal favorite time on the server. I had a great squad, consisting of Rush as Darman, @Tyzen as Atin, and Kirara as Fi. We'd always do stuff together and we just had tons of fun. I felt like I was finally doing something right leadership wise. I guess the staff team did too since I began rising through the ranks of staff as well. My memory of this isn't super clear, but I know I got to at least the rank of Overseer while I was Niner. Overseer was a rank that used to be below HA and was considered 'High Staff'. I didn't get to spend as much time on Niner as I hoped for, though. The SOBDE Regimental spot opened up and everyone that I talked to in the RC squads wanted me to go for it so I did. In hindsight, this was a mistake, but we'll get to that later. After receiving the SOBDE Regimental position, I felt like I was personally done with the Clone side of things, I had no interest in becoming Senior Commander or higher. Somewhere along the line, I got Master in Jedi, and was later appointed Kit Fisto, as well as being promoted to Head Admin. Kit Fisto was, and still is, the only named Jedi I would ever be interested in being. Why? I'm not really sure, there's just something about him that I like a lot. As time drew on, I grew bored of my Clone job and was on it less and less. I enjoyed the staffing side of things and being Kit Fisto was a blast. But at this point I had accrued around 2500+ hours on the server. A lot of that was AFK, but that is a lot of time to have logged on a server for 7 months, and I kinda just felt like my time was over. I didn't consult anyone, as I wanted the decision to be my own. As I sat there, writing my resignation letter to the whole server, I contemplated whether I really wanted to do this. In hindsight, there are things I wish I had stayed around for, but that cannot be changed now. But, yeah, that's pretty much it. I'm sure there's a lot of shit I missed, but it's 3 am and I didn't want to be up until 5 writing this so I kinda rushed through some sections but whatever. I'm currently playing on the server again, I'm Marauder Apprentice Shoro and RC-1140 Delta Squad Fixer, so if you see me on, don't be scared to say hi or anything. See you all on the server! Neutral I do think the other applicant would be a better fit, but I dont think you would do that bad either, it is true that you do not have experience in SOBDE but running a squad aint that bad. SOBDE is in a bad state right now and I really want it to go back up but its a hard job, and sometime new faces wouldnt hurt thats for sure. If either of the applicants would get it id be fine with it Good luck and may the best win.

-1 I agree that its not Sinister's fault nor Andrews , I think that CWRP updates and MRP shutdown really affected the server too (but we cant blame CWRP for just existing and trying to be a better server). On the TRs killing the server thing, Technodad, Sinister, Bart , Buzz and me are already working on making the TR program more interesting for everyone and trying to get it working again.

CWRP updates killed the server (with only a sith update) Then the server was shut down for a long ass time and the date we were given for it to reopen was not delivered on. It was released 2 weeks after the said date. Then 2 days after MRP launches again the "Biggest Clone Wars Update To Date" is going to be happening SoonTM Now onto another point, STAFF SHIT: Pretty much, SINISTER CAN'T FORCE PEOPLE TO JOIN THE FUCKING STAFF TEAM. All he can do is try his hardest to make sure his staff is doing a good job. But if someone is doing a shit job and he isn't told about it guess what? He can't do fuck all about it. TLDR: The failure of MRP is NOT on sinister NOR Andrews in any way, there are issues with MRP but not things Sinister Nor Andrews has anything to do with. Also Stop fucking scapegoating People ffs

Sinister is a great guy, I think that MRP wasn't excecuted properly an it is just dieing.

-1 I believe the fall of MRP isn't just sinisters fault its a huge mess from multiple people; poor planning and not meeting deadlines in my opinion is why the server has no pop. Launching the server in the beginning was great but I think it was rushed and there was a lot of bugs on launch.

-1 I'll be completely honest, the obvious over view here is that the original statement on the position was that SOBDE members would get their foot in the door before the community could try and jump the position, (I know Joah waived you, but it made more sense when you were among the many people excluded.) My main problem is this, you aren't part of the regiment. It's not too much different from a battalion, outside of being a lot harder to join, but it's also not your typical RC squad. It's going to be harder to run and overall something that should be given to someone with more experience in leadership. I don't know you personally, and I don't think I have ever spoken to you in any capacity, but I think you should sit out the hunter applications and work more towards joining the squad as a whole. You obviously want to help out the squad in terms of starting it, but you might be better put as a squad member.

+1 pretty sure ive seen @Pythin a SA do more work on the server than sinister (I have nothing against sinister as a person he is a great guy but you really be lacking)

+1 Jags is a great guy and I know he has the leadership capability to actually form Bad Batch into something that all Squads aspire to be. Although yes he lacks SOBDE experience, why should it be restricted to those who are a part of SOBDE. It should be the best possible option. And I truly believe that Jags has the potential to be that best option. He has extensive experience in the running of a battalion. This can be seen through his consistent activity and dedication to rancor. "No experience with a small squad" should not be used as a major determining factor as he is a commander within a battalion and succeeds greatly in doing so. Therefore, I believe it further qualifies him for the position as his experience as a commander will further his potential as a squad lead.

I really like you as Trump, you want good for the server. But you need a get on more and be active more. Neutral I like you as a director, we all just wish you do more for the server. MRP is dying cause of TRs and Lack of GMs (Changed to Neutral after Sinister's Reply. Still, think more needs to be done)

The main point was this. According to you, somebody who has been in and out of SOBDE for the past year, and rejoined recently, SOBDE is in a bad state, it may look like it's doing alright on the outside, but on the inside I've heard from you and one other person that I won't name that the quality of roleplay has been degrading, and that mingeyness in particular squad(s) has been becoming increasingly popular and has gone unpunished due to the integrity of the SL of said team(s). Whilst the last portion of what I quoted you in was taken out of context according to yourself, the comment is still applicable to the comment that I made. If there are parts in your car that are damaged and causing your car to suffer, would you not want to replace them with brand new parts that you have bought from the store, rather than continuing on with busted up parts?

Before leaving feedback I suggest speaking to any potential candidates, the BO revival is going to be complex and explaining it all in an application usually falls quite short. I know both current applicants and I can say speaking to them makes a world of difference then going off a piece of literature

First off there's this: You are unable to apply for this position because you were denied for Yularen on the 3rd of January making you ineligible to apply. Second: You were the officer-in-charge of BO when we had to move forward with the purge after the incompetence of the commanders to run anything after Boutineer left. Putting it back into your hands again sounds like a bad idea. If you still want to help I would approach the next BC about attaining an officer position or joining via tryouts.
