Steam Name: None_stop RP Name: Battalion Commander Blitz Battalion or squad you are applying for: Rancor Battalion How many terms you've held position: One Why do you wish to maintain this position?: I still have things i want to improve within rancor and ideas that need time for the server to know as common ARC Procedure. Rancor will always be the backbone of ARC and we are always improving and trying new things to make it better and with our command structure we've been Training and improving our Battalion and ARCs to keep our standards. I am also learning on how to run a battalion and know what actions within a battalion cause the battalion to lesson its player base or improve the player base of its battalion. I'll keep trying to make the Rancor battalion the best in the server as long as im Blitz. Current availability: 11 AM-12 PM EST Weekdays and some Weekends What have you achieved within your battalion/squad during your past term?: I Have Focused on Maintaining ARC Standards,Activity and Professionalism for the past months, i am confident that i have improved reputation of what it means to be an ARC Trooper and a Rancor Trooper. I am also glad to have improved the amount of European ARC Training which were a problem if you were not in the same timezone as us. We have also Beefed up our Amount of Elite ARCs and Alpha Class ARCs to around 30 around the server. I have also Implemented ARC requirements within the battalion to encourage the incentive to recruit, participate in events and be part of Rancor Training's . What improvements or changes do you plan on making within your battalion/squad?: I still have plans to improve the amount of task's which are given to our officers in the battalion to assist with our Training's and bring new opportunists to promote RP within the server. Im also working on Improving our Alpha Class System to become more date planned to give people a precise date on when it will be Hosted. Another objective ill be working on is adapting our promotion requirement to the situation of the battalion depending if the battalion needs a instinctive to recruit or to focus on the current troopers of the battalion. Steam Name None Stop RP Name: Executive Officer Valiant Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:91644707 Battalion or squad you are applying for: Rancor Battalion Experience: (Rancor Only) Executive Officer Alpha Commander Valiant Commander Colt Fordo and Alpha 17 Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: I have been in only one battalion on my whole time in Synergy Roleplay and that is Rancor. I am very passionate about Rancor and its future, and I have also had the privilege to serve as an officer with many BCMD's inside of Rancor and have been taught many lessons on how to run a battalion, and to keep healthy relationships with other battalions and squads. Ever since I joined Rancor I loved and aspired the aspect of becoming a ARC then being able to train the future ARCs of the server. Once I became a part of the Alpha Unit within rancor I was held up to a higher standard and did my best to expect it from the rest of the troopers within the battalion, and moved up the ranks to where i become part of Rancor high command. Then i was part of the group that are behind all of the big decisions in rancor for about 5 months now. I have also been able to be in many rancor projects that were implemented to the ARC program. I am also very proud of all the men that we have trained that have worked very hard to keep the battalions name respected and my officers that put a lot of work to help rancor keep up with maintaining all the ARCs training and inspections. I am confident that I have the experience to lead rancor battalion to be a big asset to the server and the to Republic. I am also looking forward for Rancor to be one of the most active battalions while keeping its standards intact. The current officers and NCOs we have are very experienced people that I can depend on to be in higher places and still do there job within the battalion only with now more responsibilities.
