I was banned when I was offline doing other things, I was asked to do a tryout so I was getting back on the server when I seen I was apperently banned and I am not 100% fully sure why I am banned. The last thing I did that involded killing was the event with gungans but dont understand how that would be MRDM and L2AP as was protecting myself and the jedi temple as I was getting shot at with blaster bolts. After they quit shooting I detained one and brought him back to the brig where I called for SOBDE to interagate him. I dont understand why I would be punished for responding with equal force I was never told to stop by staff or the GM so I thought nothing of this . This whole thing is confusing and I would like answers on what happen and an unban if able. Evidence to support your claims: I dont have any evidence as I thought nothing of the whole thing

@FYKO @Deathtiger Its a ban appeal, not an argument board. Just let the appeal go, state what you saw. If anything changes just edit your message, Spamming posts on appeals just causes confusion and chaos and can result in the post being denied and both of you being banned by Mr. Guacamole (speaking from experience)

Hi, I was the GM. First off, +1 for the appeal. For clarity, when the discussion of the ban came up, I pulled each of the EJ's that died to you in a call one at a time and asked them if they were shooting you or being hostile towards you. None of them said they were shooting at you at the time, but were surrounding you. I don't think your actions were warranted and it isn't the kind of thing I'd want to see from a TG. If no one did a sit with you or talked to you about your ban that's kinda wild. There was no AOS (to my knowledge) and the current situation at hand was chaotic and in my opinion did not warrant a ban. To my knowledge none of the EJ's came forward with a complaint and if it was an issue that you killed a friendly 501st then that's a simple RDM arrest and not this type of ban. I hope this gets overturned and to see you back on the server soon.

I don't know why CG was brought into this post as it has nothing to do with the battalion. For the people claiming CG should be better, don't be ignorant and for the people claiming this wouldn't of happened to anyone else I can guarantee you that even if this was a member of High Command the result would have been the same. Please keep votes and discussion relevant to the situation that occurred and the player in question, not any specific group or battalion.

I'll let the community vote and give any feedback they wish but I want to state something that's bugged me for a long time now with HVO and it's quite simple actually: Too many people get this job and fuck around with it until they eventually slip up and find out. The rocket launcher isn't something to joke around with. It kills people. Too many HVOs just pull it out as a stupid joke 90% of the time or just simply walk around with it out for no reason. The only time an HVO should have their rocket launcher out is when they are going to use it on a vehicle or a large group of enemies. To me personally this has always been something that I thought would just fall under the 'Common Sense' rule but that hasn't been the case so it's sadly something that's probably going to have to end up a specific written rule over this. Your decision to pull a rocket launcher out in the middle of a large group preparing for an event is on YOU. Not the server. You made the conscious decision to pull a weapon out that very easily killed upwards to 25 people for an extremely silly joke. I'm not just harping on you Arroyo about this every HVO is guilty to making these goofy jokes but it has to come to an end very soon. Anyways everyone is free to vote or give feedback on the appeal. From start to finish: A Ticket was called asking for a staff member. Once there I was asked to look for which TG was killing the Binks family. It was found to be Guardsman V which I was let known is deathtiger. From this point i get all the kills from him. There are 4 binks and 1 501st member that were killed during that event. Looking at the logs it was seen that the members deathtiger killed were non combatant during this point as they do not have any kills associated with their name. I did not take this at face value. instead I went Kaiser and asked about his event. I specifically asked what each of them were doing at the time in which he pulled two of his event jobs that were still in the TS. After talking to each one they were both non combatant at the time of death and were told not to be hostile during that time. One stated that while in the temple he hear "slit their throats" which can not be confirmed if it was deathtiger who said this. All that logs show is that he was killed by deathtiger. From also investigating it was found that one of the binks was killed while in detainment. At this point hearing the stories and seeing the kill logs I came to the conclusion that it was MRDM There was no sit done as deathtiger was not on the server nor TS when looked through.

I was not going to actually shoot the rocket but I just pointed it at the floor and later swapped over to my hands in which the same time it shot the rocket as I swapped over to my hands. In the sit I tried to explain that I swapped over to my hands and it was not my intention to shoot. However, I was told that it was still my fault and not a server glitch. In the own video, you can see that the rps gets holstered as it shoots simultaneously (timestamp 0:15). I honestly do not know what else to say except that this was not an intentional mass rdm and instead something that should not have even happened. -1 Nobody was shooting in the temple like Kaiser mentioned, it's a specific sign outside saying to detain non republic forces not to murdered them. Me and other people asked you to stop killing the gungans when they were just running with no weapons in the hands. I almost got killed like the 501st when tried to stay in front of you and to make you stop of killing them. You discovered they were in the bushes hidden you keep killing them in the temple and last you went to brig and was there was 1 gungan with the shield closed then he opened to surrender and he crouched with no weapons and you even killed him and runaway. And let's not forget you were the only person being hostile since the beginning to them at BCC with your saber ignited when Stec was trying to speak with them you decided for some reason using force repulse and you got told to not doing by Malore and you even did it. And before you saying I was force abusing I tried to save 1 gungan force pulling him away from your rage and the force whirlwind you were stuck in the water at the temple, I picked you up and followed the 3 seconds rules and asked once more to stop.

+1 I was there and I personally didn't see anything wrong everyone was killing gungans. No need for ban of MRDM when they were shooting at him. L2AP is pretty wild when after the incident he was still on the server for at least 10 minutes.

+1. You were on prior to the ban, should've been informed of a sit prior to your disconnect, or reached out to by staff prior to banning you for LTAP. One of the killings on a 501st was accidental, and the GM probably should've reached out to you as well if there was an issue with how you were treating his EJs or at the very least, AOS'd by either of the 3 people killed

Like I understand yeah server rules but stop banning people who have years of service that consistently come back and make a player base for the server. There are many alternative routes you can take other than just banning a Player a Veteran Player as well. Man Was an Officer in a battalion a Subunit Leader and the Regimental lead of the 104th. Some people may not know but the 104th isn't in a to good of a spot at this moment and this is not the time to be playing fuck fuck games with our leadership. Unban this man use proper Adminship and offer a fair trial and hear out his story before you just ban him while he offline. This aint rust we don't offline raid around here alright.
