This is why Bacara receiving one makes sense because of Devil Dogs and the fact that GM boards. Only other BCMDs I can see getting jetpacks would be Blitz because of Alpha ARCs (However they have the choice of choosing 4 different jobs and no shot they all get jetpacks) or Rex because unlike all the other BCMDs he actually used a jetpack frequently. Doom gets his battalions special perks with a Z-6 and shield as well as a Westar M5 as BCMD. He’s better off than most already. -1 giving all BCMDs jetpacks to begin with is a bad idea. It would just incentivize them to fly away from their battalions and play solo rather than be the BCMD and lead. 3
