Let's say one person engages the republic on the civilian skin and another is on base. I don't want to see someone minding their own business RDM'd because someone else on the same skin was attacking the republic in RP. People Who Put Their Former Ranks In Their Signature Are Idiots! EXAMPLE: Just bringing this up since it was the last time it happened. Sith could not attack on the civi model, but could be shady or help people if they wanted.
