Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: When I first joined I had no intent to get where I was today, I first joined 501st wanting to get the lore character fives at the time I was new to the server and I didn’t know what arc training was so I never had a chance to get him. I first became a MEDO and became Tup of torrent company, later on, I was given the chance at becoming warrant officer appo and I took it, during my term as warrant officer I worked as the DCL and I took the NCOs and Enlisted under my wing, As warrant officer, I learned a lot of leadership skills and I feel as I grew my maturity through this position as I was tasked with a lot of duties and I was in charge of taking care of the NCO core. Later on, I was promoted to captain and TCO with those positions. I worked alongside the current TCC at the time and helped make and build the new torrent company tryouts and I became Echo and an ARCO. I was then promoted to MAJ, Then LTC, And finally Colonel, with being appointed colonel I was also appointed with REGL, As REGL I made sure every regiment documents, tryouts, and leadership were doing fine. A week later after being appointed colonel and REGL, I was promoted to commander, To this day, achieving the rank of a commander is still one of my biggest achievements in this community. Only recently when my XO stepped down from TCC he chose me to become the next TCC. I feel like all of these positions have prepared me for this position other than those experiences as a  BCMD You need Kindness and you need to have the ability to decipher between what is right and what is wrong. As rex you are supposed to support and be open with your men, going onto this I feel like I had made sure that everyone in this battalion has a place and I always go the extra mile to make sure everyone is doing okay, although this is just a game I still see my battalion as my friends and people I can rely on and vice versa. Ever since our most current rex term ended there has been a lack of central leadership in the battalion and I finally wanna get 501st back to its glory days.


Do you understand the lore of your battalion or squad?:
Yes, The 501st was an attack battalion that was lead by Jedi General Anakin Skywalker and Commander Rex, In lore and the server the 501st has to main subunits one being torrent company which was a group of the more elite and battle proficient troopers which was lead mainly by  Jedi General Anakin Skywalker and Rex, and then we have the second subunit which is 332nd, 332nd was a group of troopers loyal to the previous Jedi Commander Ashoka Tano, the trooper of this subunit was identified by their orange marking on their masks to resemble Ahsoka in honor of her serving with them, this subunit was run by Commander Rex with Ashoka as an advisor and Vaughn as a noticeable officer of the company.

Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?:
Whether not I get accepted or not I’m gonna make sure at the end of my term that my battalion gets into a solid position, going more into that I feel like the battalion is currently in a decent spot with some neglected issues.
Activity, I feel like in the state of the world right now with everything going on and the fact everyone has school currently and Covid 19 as well I don't expect people to always have free time to play on the server although I would like to see more activity and more numbers in the battalion that ties into school and Covid.

High Command, I feel like right now the 501st High Command Is a mess, going further into that I feel like the main problem right now between high command is the lack of communication between us all, One prime example of this is when people are getting promoted an officer rank when it never been discussed nor talked about, There's just been a gap within the high command with everyone's decisions and communication it feels like half of the time we are always on different pages and if this doesn't get resolved its gonna start affecting more people so it needs to end now and get resolved.

One thing that hasn't been touched at all was subunits, right now our subunits don't do anything in the battalion, Originally 332nd was supposed to be a mentor program but it really never went anywhere and still isn't really being touched, and then torrent company has never really done anything besides being *elite*, I would like to assign both of the subunits tasks an example being the 332nd Mentor Program I think this idea is great because instead of just sitting as a subunit its gives the members something to do to assist the battalion, I also feel the same with torrent company it’s just been sitting doing nothing for the battalion, I've thought of assigning torrent company members to be the in control of training and be the people who host the vast amount of them.

One thing that struck my eye was when our previous rex went on a two week LOA, during these times I was still a major in the battalion and everyone was clueless at first because this was the first time our BCMD was gone and our commanders were in charge but they didn't know what to do at the beginning, at the end of my term I want to make sure that I have a strong officer core and a line up of commanders that will make sure to carry the battalion on its back in my absence.

Do you understand that your position has a three month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your commander rank?: Yes

This honestly seems like a Presidential Election speech. But can you outline your goals for the battalion? I got lost.

+1 Don’t know him real well but in my short time in 501st as well as ever since then he’s always seemed like a great person and I think is very prepared for this position. It sounds like you have been in many leadership positions and have plenty of experience. Your goals could have been a bit more specific but the main goal of strengthening officer core and communication with HC is a good one and an issue that has seemed to be a pretty obvious one even as someone who is not in the battalion so I’m glad that you are recognizing that and I trust that you will make the correct choices to solve this. I think you could do a great job and good luck.

1: How are you going to make sure this issue is resolved?, So with this question I feel like this one is fairly simple to resolve, So like I mentioned there been a general lack of communication I would be implementing weekly battalion meetings ( Kinda Like Naval ) Where in a sense we have three meeting High Command,Officer, and Battalion meeting, I feel like having weekly meetings where we can discuss and talk about things we've noticed this week and just in general talking and communicating with each other and getting on the same page is a major improvement. So going onto part two of this question I believe I mentioned this with the general promotions ideas,  I feel like when someone is being promoted its needs to be talked about, I plan on putting in a new rule to where when you're a CMD+ or  a Senior Officer promoting an officer you must clearly state the reason and must have the promotion previously discussed in one of the officer channels,  I feel with this new rule it can really help with growing our communication skills and just solve the problem in general.

2: How will you make sure trainings are being done and hosted by Torrent Company Members?,  So the main Idea was implementing it to where torrent company members are expected to host training and are in charge of hosting them and providing general entertainment for the battalion, So I feel obviously this isn't gonna be to much of an easy task but with the help from myself and the current TCOs I feel like we can swiftly accomplish this, So the main way I thought of introducing this was with a torrent company meeting, So it's gonna be some new and different to the torrent company members I feel like with some practice and some examples this shouldn't be to hard but I plan on working with the TCOs to make a variety of new and interesting training documents that go over ways how to host the training alongside with the dupe so it isn't always hard to start up a training, and with the document provided so training also are of good quality and are fun  .

We used to have weekly meetings but it came down to no one had anything to say. So at times we were just meeting to meet.
