Like marvel stated, self commission of models have 0 guarantees of getting added onto the server even if they do turn out to be decent models. Jedi have also just received 2 new name characters in the previous update. I am not sure what the jedi roster looks like now but I can assure you these will not get added if they are not needed meaning all name character spots are filled with ACTIVE members and there is a higher demand for them.
