Reason: |Dox Threat|ERP|Appeal @ https://synergyroleplay.com/forums/ | Offense: Dox Threat/ERP Banned By: Dragon/Blitz Why should we unban you/shorten the ban period?: I feel like I should be unbanned because i've been here since the server creation and this is my first Ban/Kick. I was informed that ERP is not a thing in OOC. I just woke up and I had a procedure on my Throat/Stomach yesterday. I didn't mean it at all, it was meant as a joke and as a meme towards the guy who got banned before the message was sent. Like I said it's my first ban and I wasn't thinking straight. I only did it as a joke and as a meme. It wasn't suppost to be taken seriously and the guy got banned before I sent the msg. Yet again I was told ERP was not a thing in OOC by numerous staff. I understand there is no tolerance for it and i'm sorry. I explained my situation to Dragon and he said "There is still no tolerance for it" then he banned me. Prince Posted January 18, 2019 Report Share Posted January 18, 2019 At some points I can understand not being in the right state of mind and making bad decision, but a lot of other people have done the same because they weren't in the right state of mind and had to tough out their bans. For me, the ERP wasn't the worst part of it, it was simply responding to someone like that when you know they are going to be banned anyway. Why even try to meme with them and why threaten them back as well? Even as a joke it just kinda seems unneeded and immature. If you wanna respond to this and maybe like point out somethings to help your case that would get you some favor, go ahead. You saw someone get banned for a DDOS threat, so you decided to go ahead and make a "meme" out of something quite serious. There is a time and place for memes and you clearly chose the wrong time. I do not think your ban should be lifted as you walked into that situation with the intent to meme a serious situation, knowing the results would most likely land you a ban. I also do not see why your operation even matters personally I just see that as a sob story as most medications will wear off over night, Just been known i've had a fair share of operations also, but thats not to say it effects everyone the same but I am not going to take that as an excuse either. You should remain banned, but have it shortened to atleast 3 days.
