You have to run around the base and load the majority of people that are in the server. So what i do is when you hold tab go to server information and you will see how many people that are in the server when you have load in lag itll say like 8 people you have to run around the base till it says like 100+ Or how ever many people are in the server

Its Load in lag and Its designed like that so the map can not be taken or used on other servers.
