Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): I want to rejoin the staff team because I previously really enjoyed the role that an admin does on Synergy RP and would allow me to help a lot more with stuff around the server. This would include both within and outside of my battalion and helping with staff related issues and opportunities (opportunities such as events or sims for people around the server). I think with both of those the most obvious reason is just to help people around server when they need it, this was always a pretty big reason why I'm applying now and previously when I was staff. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): My last time as staff overall was a very good experience. There were no issues or problems when I was staff, and was not warned or put on watchlist while I was staff previously. I hope that previous experience helps and I can be productive within the staff team. This application is improved from what I saw before but at the same time I feel like with the combination of the LOA just as this went out and the fact that some of the requirements and details you put down are just kind of stating the obvious and not changing too much when I have seen some flaws with 104th over time. The points that Piff had made in his posting make me lean more towards a certain side and I'll have to give this a -1 Remove Dire Squad

3/4/4 It was a good event but at times it felt a little all over the place, other then that it was still a fun event

-1 After hearing what was said after a minor inconvenience like Delta Squad tryouts it really shocked me. I had heard stories about you that were not the most positive, mainly what Deathtiger said, but from the few times I talked to you I had no problem nor issue with you but after this whole thing I can't defend anything that was said. It was just wrong no matter which way you turn it. I agree with the many people on this post saying that maybe it was a bit too early to post a ban appeal this early. This is just very recent history and it's not just going to go away at the snap of someone's fingers. I believe that you can 100% come back from this but just not now. I mean to be honest, as you said before, nobody except Rizzo's opinion really matters so me typing out this whole thing is pretty pointless in the long run. I think this was a good first step, and I hope you continue to grow as time goes on.

After reading both of your apps it feels like you might be the better choice but it's not by a landslide by any means. You have more experience, time, roles within the server, leadership experience, etc. I will not take that away from your resume but I feel like the main reasons this app is being -1'd is due to social relations and event activity. I won't lie, as Fixer I have not had the best interactions with you on your jedi or your clone, but at the same time I feel like BCMD can change some people in how they act and feel towards a battalion. If those things change and it puts you into a better light then ey 41st is gonna like you more. To end it off I'll just say you're a good candidate and I have no issue with you being Gree sooooo +1

After reading some of the comments made on your behalf it looks like you might need more time or that you need to be more active in channels. I also, like Edgar, thought you were the Clanky going to Delta tryouts so I was going to instantly -1 if this was true. With all that being said, I've never personally met or talked to you so I think it would be unfair to judge you badly so I hope you are a strong horse in this race: +1
