I have a lot to say - mostly positive so ill begin here:
Since Deku joined 501st, he has made a very positive impact in the officer core, ARC, TC, and the batallion as a whole. But I do have a few questions:
Does the part highlighted in red mean ONLY COMMANDERS may give permission to promote NCO's? Or is there a specific amount of officers/senior to agree on it to allow it?
Big fan of this, I am all for NCO's getting more responsibility and leadership, but I agree with the removal of disciplinary.
This is a big statement, and I completley agree with the issues mentioned, I feel a way to kill two birds with one stone is also incorporate our subunit jedi (Anakin, Ahsoka, unamed tc jedi, 332nd jedi, ETC) into the roleplay aswell. Recentley I have seen next to no roleplay with our lore jedi and members of the subunit (not a callout, just from what i've seen) and i feel a good way to change this would be having the jedi in teamspeak more and interacting more during deployments. Because currently, 332nd/TC Jedi serve no purpose other than having the name and being able to go to subunit deployments (where not much rp happens)
Currently, 332nd Jedi is full and only a 332nd jedi officer spot is open, so 332nd is definitly moving in a very positive direction. i feel TC Jedi needs major work compared to 332nd.
At the current state, I don't really see even passive RP happening with our lore jedi. With that, I 100% agree with this last part. I would like to hear some ideas to have our lore jedi more involved within their subunits because lately, it has not been good.
Once these questions are answered i will cast my vote.
TLDR: Jedi and roleplay within subunits definitly needs major work, everything else on the application checks out.
