Jedi for the most part is and has been bogged down by petty Garry's mod politics. Half the time your council bends the knee to powerful people on the server and takes there word as gospel instead of thinking for themselves. I see many yodas promise something new and fresh and that usually entails a council and master wipe that resets everything and stops any progress from happening. Then the exact same things the previous 3 today do happens again and then wipe repeat and so on and so forth. There is also the distinction that I've seen is Yodas being afraid to EO things, and instead you guys get stuck in 3 hour meetings.

+1 after that response I can see where you are going but remember events wont do everything for you, you have to respond to change in the servers climate and loosen up shock a little bit to meet a standard, as well if you have requirements in the battalion with the current stagnation they will hold you back. CGs current activity is let's just say not good, honestly it's activity that would get other battalions removed, but as you are an essential part of the server that most likely will not happen. From what I have seen is a very stagnant command and battalion as a whole. As you are a commander what have you done to remedy this in your time as one? How do you plan on fixing it? As well activity wise I see you on time to time but that may be a timezone thing but I have heard complaints about activity concerning the command of CG as a whole in recent memory. How do you plan on fixing that?

Listen CIS adds no value I see game masters doing more work with CIS jobs then CIS itself. It is a redundant VIP game master faction that has a part time BCMD. All it does is take things away from the GM team; what CIS does is practically takes GMs job and has practically failed in half that regard. The whole premise with them running around part time doesn't make sense, it is a redundancy in every way. As like I said its part time a faction for events we have that in gamemasters practically. As well Gamemasters already do their job if not better the difference is their is no AAR after the CIS comes in. They come in disguised as shock turn off HMC and die that is all they ever do and all they have ever done. It is practically a discount GM team that doesn't have quotas.

As the last leader of Sith I miss it dearly and it was my first major position on the server. I still have the docs from stih as well as the trials and everything like that. But if we were to do it I love the old republic theme sith had but idk if that would be an issue if it came back in that way. But we have to figure a way out and would have to remove CIS, which on all honesty might be a better trade off, for bounty hunters and clones as it gives bounty hunters the ability to choose between 2 factions and yes ik bounty hunters can side with CIS but that is only when they are on. Sith would give them an opportunity to choose between the 2 and gives clones and jedi a definitive bad guy they would have to fight. All honesty I was actually working with someone for a suggestion but I guess this came up first before we could get it up. +1 for the time being. Mind you before sith removal it hit a height of 32 on actively and for the month before its removal it had about 16 to 24 actively on at once so it isn't impossible for sith to be active you just need the right stepping stones and support to build it up. After joah and Jackson left I had to practically rebuild the structure of sith to function as sith and not edgy jedi which it had become. So for the love of God if it gets readded do not make it edgy jedi like joah and Jackson had made it. Make it so they are the bad guys not hehe I'm edgy and evil but I can't use force powers against jedi, but remember I'm edgy.

I havent taken ELA since 7th grade wow. But no English is practically the language of the world for business and anything out of their home country, while they most likely would take a class for their national language. Most countries have students learn English at a young age now depending on the country the outcomes are different. It is much easier for someone from say Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Germany to learn English as they are all Germanic languages, compared to someone from say Japan as the languages alphabets and shared words and prefixes matter a lot. That's why here on synergy people like Claw, Trad, Omalic, Nissan and others speak English very well even though it isn't there first language, this also has to do with how they teach the language in general. TLDR: almost every country has an ELA or English course that people have to take.

Hrm I made a suggestion about 1 1/2 years ago for a day night cycle hopefully it comes back. But for now I'm gonna have to -1 night time isn't ready yet but I think a day night cycle would fit best.
