-1 From the screenshots above, I can tell you one thing right off the bat: Just because the server is in downtime or at 2AM, does not give you an excuse to disrespect staff and not follow rules. He handled it pretty well and I can see the situation was reversed here: He warned you, you gave him lip about it, he asked you to stop, and you kept going. Rules apply both in RP and out of RP. Granted, We're not out to ruin people's fun or anything but want to make sure people follow them.

I'm fully aware of Tessa's past. I've personally seen some improvement from Tessa since they returned to the server. +1

Oh boy. In my opinion, I feel like nothing you do will remove the comparison of Foxtrot and SOBDE. Hell, If you want another pure example of this: Go look at Havoc Squad and ask people what they think and you'll get the words "edgy SOBDE wannabes". Yeah chief, It's gonna be an -1 from me. Frankly, Beasty was given multiple chances by the server to get his act together. I seem to recall how this started as he caught trying to fish people from DU, then disrespected an BCMD, and finally threw a fit as he was removed which resulted in this happening.

This is just my opinion on it: - When the system was first introduced to the server, Nobody cared about how fast people were getting levels. - Before levels were removed because it was deemed by the community to be gated fun, Nobody cared about how fast people were getting levels. Suddenly, It becomes an issue when ONE PERSON decides he wants to be a cunt and abuse his staff so he can see what prestige has because Founders/Directors just wanted people to explore the system? The very same day that it was announced a rule would be put in place for FFAs, People start calling out how fucking stupid it was and how in order to do lot of things with their battalion or the server, They would have to become staff themselves. Don't get me started on duels either, as I've constantly see people on whitelists with rockets just spam duels and normally the first one who shoots wins. but hey, this isn't exploitative apparently? I would love to see it back. If you still want to have some rules to bar people from gaining XP like crazy, Just bar people from dropping tacs near sims when it's active. +1

The main issue is that Joah made a decent point several community meetings ago that the server population drops every time we go to this map and there isn't enough sim rooms for people. "You people act like you want it, and then the server drops down to below 50. Gonna have to disagree with you on this. I've seen servers that will look over abuse and when it runs rampant. Synergy deals with abuse the correct way. If you want an example of this, look around the forums and you'll see a recent incident that happen. There are people who genuinely want to get both sides of what happen. Again, I would like Carvis to come in and tell what happen so we could figure this out. (also i agree with trixx, please fix your format)

I made a mistake thinking you were the guys we were dealing with after they had banned you due to misinformation that was given to me as I didn't see what happen other than some talk in our staff chat. I do want to apologize for this. However, I'm aware that @Carvis was someone that handled your situation. if he wants to post in here and say what happen, he can. I only heard bits of what happen. Also, if your still wanting to make a staff report on this, please follow our format.

This is like a punch to the gut. I had a lot of respect for you and it hurts seeing this. You really fucked up man. Rules are rules, however. You knew as staff and someone that has been around for a long time that shit like this isn't cool. -1 for the ingame unban, HOWEVER the only thing I want from this is allowing Scribbles to appeal this some time in the future or maybe even reducing it to a year / year and an half ban. I think some time will help him to realize his mistakes. I will +1 for the Teamspeak unban at least.

Bug Type (Server:): Severity level (1-3): 1 Evidence (if you can): (I'll likely add a video later) Description of the bug: There is a bug with the light sabers currently when you have no forms at all and de-ignite the blade where you are still able to attack. I have no idea if this can damage people and not gonna find out myself. This is a random and doesn't happen every time. You have to switch weapons in order to get rid of it too. How can we recreate it: - Reset your skills - ignite - swing a few times - un-ignite - start swin' that invisible blade? EDIT: 3/30/20 correction: this happens with all forms randomly.

Bug Type (Server:): CWRP Severity level (1-3): 3 (major) Evidence (if you can): Description of the bug: Just saw this bug happen to me currently after wanting to do just one duel on the main server. This was also noticed by several other staff members last night after the update hit. When you accept the duel, there is a random chance that it "lock up" but you are still in the original spot where you accepted it and are able to move around etc. After up to a minute, it will crash. There are no LUA errors in console. Just a straight CTD with no error. How can we recreate it: - Challenge someone to duel - If it seemly locks up, It happens.

-1 I'm going to set the record straight right now. I was following him and several others with the following names: Nitro, RoundHouseKick, DaveFromWalmart, and finally, Porpllini. I started following after seeing in our staff chat that they were causing issues right as I loaded into the server. Tup was watching as well and @Tyennoch was listening in as well after getting home from work. Tyennoch was the one who told Tup to ban him as well. Anyone who I tag in here are witnesses to the fact. Let's go over what I saw from this group, and this is pretty much out of order and an general idea of what happened: - You and your friends constantly disrespecting 104th by calling them furries. It all started with a guy in wolfpack with you and the others running around him calling him a furry several times, then I later saw you guys just mocking them by making barking noises. - Constant ERP - Planning MRDMing and having @Knox constantly ping staff about it because he heard it. - Planning to break into the brig and bust your friends out. I had @Bro sit in brig because of it SEVERAL TIMES. - Constantly trying to GTA vehicles. It got to a point where I sat in brig and heard you discuss it with the other AND me warning staff via Staff Chat to make sure they hop in vehicles as they spawn them. - Constantly going into Medbay and being told to leave and not leaving.
