I am not voting since I was involved with this but will give some context. You were arrested for taking a LAAT out of MHB and then crashing it. I have a clip of you on the trail end of it when someone had called the AOS and also breaking PTS during the deployment hosted by Nexus when they had the camera on. I quote “shut your bitch ass up” was what you said. I was the staff member who moved you from outside to inside MHB due to CG not being able to reach you. Staff are allowed to assist if they cannot reach you. I was busy helping with nexus with his deployment so I couldn’t speak with you. I was going to mute you until we swapped maps but then your ban happened. I do recall someone asking “who’s flying” during the first part of the event when your ban happened. If anyone wants to see the clip, I had it posted in synergy discord after it happened. I can get name of the AOS when I get home from work. I have an uncompressed version of it. I keep my Steam recordings turned on for Synergy and also for doing QA so I try to keep stuff just Incase. In the future, if you have a problem with an AOS - You need to speak with a staff member. Just making a ticket (@ in chat) and getting our attention helps.

FYI - This is most likely Jerry. The only Berry I can think of is him since he has a Navel named Berry. I do want to hear his side of the story before i -1/+1. I think so far this was a misunderstanding and you didn't mean any harm.

We have a 212th with the same bug. He's the guy that has to put in tickets for weapons.

@Varius To confirm a couple of things - You didn't interrupt them or anything, correct? There is no sign on the door stating the training room is restricted, but interrupting or disturbing training can result in a warning and then an arrest. If you are alerting staff to a CC and then leave without any trouble, then yes, this is a bad look for staff. Are you 100% sure it was a guy named Berry? Are you thinking of someone else with a similar name, like Jerry? It also might help if you could recall the two other staff members who were with him. This will help VA+ when they do look into this.

-1 We already have Red Squadron, Ghost Company, and 2ndAC. We barely managed to fill all three, and you want another subunit. I can understand thinking we could get it based on something said prior by server leadership (if it's unique, we will add it), but this is too much. Work on fixing the issues we currently have before even think of adding more. Jayarr himself said it point and clear - You cannot get this without removing one. You cannot wiggle out of it and I personally do not see you removing any of them.

I'm gonna get hate for this but fuck it. +1 but gonna be up to Jayarr and others on it. I think they made their stance pretty clear. The only thing I will say - @Obsidian, The only problem I see in that is 2ndAC already does this. I do hope you guys figure out something. It's clear you guys are trying to cook.

Droid HP for events never used to be this high until store-bought weapons came into play. It used to be normally 400-500. It was the only way to make it harder for people with them, so they didn't clear entire deployments themselves. People used always to joke that the only people who would buy store weapons were Brooklyn and several others who literally threw money at the server. I don't think we need to nerf it to the ground, but it does need some adjusting along with some of the perma weapons from the armory. Many of them feel weak. The store-bought weapons are already unique as it is compared to kit weapons and perma weapons so it shouldn't be a problem.

I don't know if you got the memo, but the Staff team has been cracking the whip hard at these kinds of jokes, especially in-game and in voice chat. There is nothing funny about pedo behavior or jokes. There's nothing direct from the show about someone slapping a child's ass as well, period.

+1 I don't think just the DC-17S should be looked at. There is an absolute reliance on store bought weapons compared to perma-weapons from the armory. They do look cool and feel it but it's not balanced at all. I don't believe the weapons should be totally banned from events as I'm still gonna pull a CIS shotgun on someone if I see someone using DC-17s or the fire shotgun. Regarding someone mentioning Jetpack nerfs, I can't entirely agree with nerfing it as it is already handicapped from what it used to be. I think that's another issue that needs to be looked in general i.e complete reliance on jumpers for BHs for PVP/Base Raids. Of course that's not the topic of this suggestion so food for thought later.

Why did you do this? If you need a name change, There's a command. You do not need to delete your civilian for this. I can see them helping with your guns but credits is a different story. Both Xaze and Jad have been telling people for awhile NOT to delete characters.

Name: Zen RP Rank: LT Suggestion: There has been some abuse happening as of late that includes some friends of community-banned members doing RDMs using perma weapons on cadets/younglings whitelist and then swapping back before someone gets their steam name or ID from the scoreboard. This is a problem because you won't be able to find them on any of the actual Navel/Jedi Rosters outside due to being Cadet/Youngling. A couple of nights ago, I had the pleasure of dealing with a friend of Thorpy's going RDM happy in a Laat on a cadet and then swapping to his jedi before anyone got his steam name/ID so all we had to work with was a character name. Of course, he was stupid enough to continue after 5-10 minutes of us talking around to figure out who it was. Where am I going with this? He only way of getting it from the ingame roster (especially if they are a youngling or cadet) is to contact a HA+ to them to contact a developer. It takes time and not only that, It pulls people away from stuff they were working on. I noticed the search has yet to be added so why not include this why we are at it? Implementation: Add SteamIDs to the ingame roster so we don't have to bug HS for silly shit

Can confirm this as well with some of our old guys in the community coming back. I don't know if this is just a Helix thing or what but majority of them had no credits.

Question: Why are there completely random props blocked from being spawned? Fridges, Lockers, Rocks, etc have been blocked recently and I know for a fact SAs/GMs used to be able to spawn them. I've been told by several people who are not HS that these were done for "toxicity" reasons and the potential to crash to the server. Some of the base models in Garry's Mod from PHX I can fully understand. What doesn't make sense are props we have used before have been randomly blocked and the fact some of these are base HL2 models. Comments/Concerns: I am genuinely confused as to why we have these blocked now. See the last bit of my comment above. Staff Member you're asking: High Staff Additional info: none.

-1 Tessa's shit is pretty good. Don't see why swapping to a more unknown version would help. There are also better versions of the starfighter. Also hellfire, I don't recall but we had it and it was promptly removed for some reason.

+1 Seen a lot of people talk about bringing it back recently. We have the pop to do it now. Considering the toxicity and drama: A lot of the drama before was just questionable incidents that could have been avoided. Rules that should of been clarified and abuse that was noted but not acted on it. As Arizona said, You can't fully stamp out toxicity and it'll be up to people to control it. I helped with the few times we did CTF and it was fun as fuck. Everyone had a great time. We kept up pretty damn well with everything going on. It did require more helpers than normally but nobody really had any complaints.
