-1 Two reasons: - 1) We get so many damn suggestions to add a faction when we don't need to add any. We barely have the pop to support what we have at the moment. - 2) Sith have caused so many damn issues on the server. The same could be say about the other way around, but Sith intentionally harassing clones and not giving a shit when it came to RP ruined the faction for many. IF IT EVER COMES BACK, It needs a fucking leadership that will actually do something.

Is it doable? Yeah. I’m not sure how much it would take us from what we have, but it would be a pain in the ass. Do people want it? With Sky Editor, you can do this to a degree and people seem to enjoy it. the issue we had previously was the fact it was an add on causing lag but if we were to get it incorporated into map it shouldn’t be an issue +1.

+1 Heavies are a dying regiment in most of the battalions on the server. A lot of what I've seen is it a "come-n-good" place due to better options. A example of this is that 212th has ZERO active heavies outside of Xander whose our current lead. Why? Refer to my comment above.

So seeing as people are obviously getting confused I'm going to restate what this is about because I wrote this in a hurry due to work. When the new founders came, They brought in a program for bans to be wiped aside from a very specific few who did shit like caused major problems or did illegal stuff every six months. Now staff is dealing with a problem where a select few people who flew under the radar who do not nothing but break rules and constantly get arrested for minging that were previously banned with large amount of past offenses. @Dinaric is bringing up with what he and I have been personally been dealing with. This guy was unbanned along with his alts and all he ever does is comes on with his friend and gets arrested to the point that staff has to ban him for a couple of days. If the founders plan to keep this system, There need some changes to it and this suggestion is asking for those rules.

This suggestion is dealing with changing up the rules with the unbanning in the future. For context who those who missed the last community meeting that was in december: Basically Forseen added a thing where bans are lifted (ception of several few) every six months. There was some stuff that I was not happy with at all and this week pretty much made me want to put this up. Let's get right on what I'm suggestion and why: Repeat Offenders cannot be unbanned via this way and require an actual Unban Request to be put in on the forums. Why: As a staff member, I'm already seeing people who were banned due to not following server rules and purposely causing problems that were unbanned are causing problems again. A good example of this is a person who is at this moment constantly ban evading with his alts that were previous banned on the server while constantly getting arrested with his friend. Frankly, If these people cannot follow the rules and continue to pull the same crap before, They should not have a right to the Community Unbanning. ALTS ARE TO REMAIN BANNED. Why: see point one. I have no way of knowing if HA+ keep a record of all Permas, but It would be great for now on that they actually do so when six months are up that they are aware of WHO not to unban. I'm going to +1 this and I want you to hear me out: Personally, I thought Logic was pretty chill myself. I was sadden to hear he got permabanned because of everything that happened for speaking his heart out. A year can change a person and if he wants to come back and interact with the community, he should be given a chance. Also, Can we not turn this thread into an argument about egg?

-1 This dude along with several other people are a group of people who just get on to minge and constantly run after the intercom. I'm pretty sure his friend has the same amount of bans as he does at this point, but I would have to look for myself. They aren't here to follow the rules so pretty much need a longer ban or perma at this point.

His original ban reason was Map Exploitation, which I assume he got caught glitching out of cells according to an SA who saw that ban. EDIT: Not voting til I hear from the staff members involved.

-1 Just because people don't understand certain rules does not mean to punish everyone. The rule about both people being arrested for Baiting / RDM was something that happened because of A CERTAIN INCIDENT that may or may not had involved me a couple of years ago. It's to prevent people from minging with fists by INTENTIONALLY getting people arrested.

Sorry mate, It's gonna be a -1 from me. I agree with Fredric on a LOT of his points. You fucked up big time. Even if you are sincere about this, You have a lot of mending to be done and it's very likely people like Cyan will never take a full apology from you. And just because there are people doing the same shit on other discords does not make it right. As the sayin' goes: "Two wrongs don't make it right."

Would like to hear from @Forseen or @Woeny first before I +1 or -1. Hopefully this is just a case of mistaken identity as it can happen but I would love to hear from them first.
