This is the excuse every time we get a map rotation suggestion involving the venator Nothing changes with rotating to the venator map. all I hear is "IT WILL BE A CHANGE OF PACE FOR ONCE" each time that map gets brought up then the server population drops even worse when we switch to it on main. Many older players have fond memories of it like myself. The problem is that map has so much issues with lag you have to gimp yourself for events including when SOBDE has fucking tryouts. I will only +1 if the venator is thrown out of the window.

Name: Zen RP Rank: Captain Suggestion: Remove Rancor Implementation: Remove Rancor Reason: Honestly, their activity is limited and does not generate a positive response in the community. The majority of the time other people inside the community in various factions have to conduct the business they are supposed to. While I understand that Rancor generates brilliant roleplay, the could be replaced with event jobs for when they are needed in the situational moments. It would provide a better asset for the Gamemaster Team to use instead of being a dedicated branch. Even Senate are vastly more popular and useful than them. We could potentially remove this faction and either keep it removed or replace it with something more appealing to VIPs providing Sever Leadership with a new opportunity for a new project to excite the community. We could potentially move those duties to the Coruscant Guard with those duties which could assist them in further developing their roleplay and enhancing their role as security and base operations. First of all, Tessa has made an impressive turnaround since coming back to the server. As someone whom witnessed the shit she pulled, I can tell you there is a difference now. She has admitted both publicly and privately that she was really regretting what she did and wants to make a change. I would put here on the list of people whom made a comeback after falling really hard. One of those people is Fyi. I was going to put Bacta as well but...I can't call him out because I'll get beaned by Naffen. Second of all, CG being more focused on RP is actually pretty good. I liked when CG focused on RP more when we had Conrad as paply. The one thing I will agree is that CG in the past has been a little arrest happy here and there. I'm confident that will change. Finally, It's worth mentioning there is one person here whom +1'd that is a former CG HC that I NEVER EXPECTED to +1 anything Tessa did. To correct this because you clearly aren't in the know for 212th Intel as someone whom was deputy director for nearly 1.5 years: Long before Finn even wanted to become an regimental, We started working on automating the roster to lower Intel's numbers due to so many people joining to have an excuse of "doing something". It became a problem when normally battalions have 1-2 people working on rosters and we had like 15 people doing it. This was something a past Cody wanted to change in 212th as well. I don't recall if you were still kicked out of discord when this was going on. The problem was that people were causing issues by breaking the fucking roster. Kelso, Cabrera, Finn, and Me still have control in case something breaks. As you know, Cabrera and Kelso have been still doing backend work even after leaving the server.... I do know Finn is likely one of the most active regimentals I've seen on the server so far and one of the most outspoken ones. I'll agree with Vala that some of the shit being mentioned is stuff taken out of context. +1

-1 Gotta have funding for the server plus relies on trusting people. There's already certain abuse with them to begin with.

-1 Couple of things: Very few people are not VIP. There's always someone gifting it to others so this wouldn't change much if nothing at all. Trusting people with this on the new system will be hell by making these public. Very few minges actually put money down for VIP regardless so expect this to be abused. This is likely the main reason why this will be denied straight up by a founder.
