+1 Give him a 2nd chance, same as LaFlame, worst he can do is troll and spam. Took time out of his day to write this up and I feel like he really cant harm the server at all.

+1 Should be given another chance. If he wanted to continue minging he would just come back on an alt - and minge. However he took his time to write a ban appeal. Ive heard the founders say it before "The best players start out as minges". Whats the worst that could happen? He gets unbanned and then trolls? He'll just get banned again and we'll forget. So why not?

People would then need to donate to passive rp as a navel and not a medical trooper, or join a battalion that’s not medically focused at all.
