I also love keeping myself busy and helping players and making sure everyone is happy brings me great joy. I love interacting with people and feel like staff as a whole would allow me to help meet new people and form new bonds and friendships. As I have seen many staff that do such an excellent job at keeping the server together, it has inspired me to do the same. As well as I feel as if the staff team is a close family that works together to ensure that everyone enjoys their time on the server. Overall staffing is a way for me to help give back to the community that I love playing on every day and I hope in the future I can give back to Synergy the way it gave to me. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentences minimum): I work at a grocery store called Publix where I am attempting to move up and become a manager. I'm very close to becoming full-time and continuing my growth through the company. I grew up with Xbox before I got an old PC that could barely run War Thunder at more than 20FPS. Then a few years later I got a Ruby graphics card, booted up Gmod joined a server on DarkRP, and the rest is history. I used to play military RP before I started getting into Clone War as an alternative to MilRP. When I played on a few different servers I became (GOA), general of the army. I personally love to lead and take charge of situations and it gives me a sense of joy when doing a good job. I find myself to be kind of a jokester at times but know when I need to be serious. 3/5/4 Being able to produce a good deployment after things out of your hands crash the server is a sign of a great GM, and I rate your effort and care 5 because of your ability to adapt and still use your storyline. Server struggled a bit on the 2nd map with lag but was good. This one didn't spark joy for me in terms of enjoyment. At the start, the amount of grenades in the cave was way too much, and it caused a bottle neck where even if we played smart and took our time, it just wasn't fun. When we got out and started pushing the main base, it felt a little too light and there wasn't much to do. On top of that, cloakers going ahead to blow up engines or skip certain parts is exactly the same thing as 2ndAC or jetpack users jetpacking ahead, but we were told jump packs only. Feels like the same thing, it just gets a bit lame when jetpacks are put as jump packs at almost every deployment. Other than that it just didn't hit the same way other ones do. Maybe I'm a simpleton and I like shoot em up's, but idk.

Another classic "who even are you" moment from one of our 4 founders responding to genuine criticism. This is why you let jad do all the talking because he's at least good at pretending to care about the community. It's like a big funny joke to you because you don't lose anything since you aren't even a member. Do you respect anything about thi community, time and time again they complain about you doing nothing and you remain completely silent or crack some pathetic joke. Do you even read anything that people say? Your directors aren't happy, you have borderline unpaid devs doing all your work, and who knows how happy management is. You know you lose that $200 if no one actually plays on your server? There isn't team here, no one wants to be on your side because you're killing the one thing they actually care about. Lip service isn't going to keep synergy afloat. You can't live in a delusional forever and pretend things will work out this way. You can't be both incharge of the server but not responsible for its failings when rivals are hitting peak easily
