Never thought it would come to this. Some of the responses i have read...there is so much controversy and personal opinions. There are far worse things i could have done. I have seen the higher staff put out week bans for the exact same things i have done with the exception of advertising for streamers and youtubers who have come on to do the same. you may think im not being "apologetic" but words are fucking cheap. Actions speak louder and i can't just "type" an apology. @Dragon @silvers @Carter just deny the appeal and close this thread. I will not have arguements on either side over this. my leaving comments however, some of the responses are closeminded and you are not even considering or willing to consider other things. I have no intention of changing your minds though. Best of luck to yall and maybe ill make a new appeal in the future. I believe this attributed to the amount of batallions on this server as synergy has more batallions than I see on most servers. I feel that 2-3 POLL should be made for the community to decide what batallions would be removed. Few batallions would be exceptions: 104th, 212th, 501st, and Shock. I believe with the removal of excess batallions we can improve numbers across batallions and allow a less broad spectrum of choices. #SomeonehadtodoitV4

-1 Wouldn't Recommend it. Say if the battalions do get removed, How are people suppose to transfer over to the other battalions? As a Private? As a Trial 2ndLT? Cause Im sure no battalion would want to consider rank transferring those removed from their battalions and put them into a NCO or Officer position or have a bunch of 2nd Lt, and Vice versa for the people who have to deal with picking a battalion to go into, after they worked hard to achieve the rank they had in their battalion just to see it removed.

Which for Intel I remade the entire roster to look nicer and easier on the eyes and looks nicer. Then I also have removed around 60 people from base ops and base ops discord to make sure that we are staying up to date on the branch. Then for ATC, I have remade the entire roster from east to west. Also for Base Ops, I have made sure that the lore characters are up to date by creating a new roster for them and trying to get some more added in. I have played Garry's mod for near 2 years now. Also in real life, I am a stage manager for productions on stage and that entirety is leadership. In real life, my cast was 80 people for the show cinderella and I was in charge of all of them because stage managers make sure that everything is running smoothly and that nothing is being messed up sorta like base ops. Why should you become Base Commander?: I should become Base Ops Commander because I want to make sure that the Branch stays stable during their time of need. I also want to put more role-play into the Branch. Then I want to make sure that they are doing their jobs and making sure that the trainings are being done. Do you understand the purpose of BO on the server?: Yes, I do, Medical is in charge of making sure troopers are being healed and that they have medical training and making the Med Bay stay in order, etc… Engineering is to make sure that the base generators and consoles are stable and they don't go down or explode and to take care of charlie etc… Then with ATC, They are to make sure that the server gets ATC Training for them to be able to get any vehicle trained and to become a pilot. Because role-play is lacking on this server and it is showing. ( [sc-plo koon] these civilians seem a little fishy by the lake.) even though it is secured you are technically speaking trough the comms so I would say that anyone around the voice range of the person sending the comms can see. Adding to this question I want to make sure that the troopers go to the med bay if they are seriously injured (roleplayed) because yeah there are combat medics but they would only be able to do so much. ( This would make events last longer because droids wouldn't constantly get killed because clones would be getting hurt.) -1 You handled 91st pretty poorly tbh especially near the end. The battalion was being carried by a few officers and you pretty much neglected it, I understand you did have some stuff going on with theatre or whatever but you should've resigned if it was going to be that bad. On top of that, once you returned from your LOA you spent a majority of your time playing on other games such as battlefront and Sims. When you did come on, you did pretty much random promotions of people who were doing inadequate work compared to the officers and NCOs carrying the battalion. You let inactive people sit and hold positions despite averaging less than 10 hours every two weeks. Most of the suggestions took forever to be pushed through and left officers struggling with a limited scope of authority to make dramatic changes that needed to be done. If it wasn't for your term closing near the end you would've been removed easily. I don't have any trust in your judgement skills nor leadership, and I cannot see Base Ops doing well under you so for that reason I cannot give any support towards this.

Its a math problem y'all. 128 maximum players on the server and 11 battalions. If all 128 players went into just the battalions there would only be 11 people online per battalion. That's not counting all 5 SOBDE squads, Base Ops, Jedi, and staff obligations as well. Our average player count for the past month has been 80 people, if all 80 of those people went into just the battalions you'd only have 7 people in each battalion online. We have too much content, it'd be better if we cut back so that you had a larger online player base in each battalion, but to prevent things getting stale we rotated battalions in and out over a period of time (bi-monthly or otherwise). The only things that should ever warrant a permaban are dox and ddos threats, advertising other communities, exploiting, and being such a burden on the community that real harm is done.. rdming and talking trash in ooc should not warrant that, I'd never want a good amount of this community to become a judge of any kind yall are harsh as hell. regardless of if he was a new member or not if someone rdmd, nitrp and disrespected they would get like a week or two. there needs to be a standard for max punishments or those who think they have ultimate power will be unjust with bans. and decide for themselves how to ban someone. This getting entirely denied will set a precedent of higher timed bans for lower crimes/rulebreakings reduce the ban time to what it should have been in the first place +1

Ok, this may come off wrong, but this has gone on for far too long. Whoever the fuck is training staff members and NOT telling them to use STEAM IDs needs to be fucking removed and demoted and should feel very bad about themselves. I, myself, was banned EXACTLY LIKE THIS LIKE A WEEK AGO! AND NOW PEOPLE ARE GETTING BOPPED LEFT RIGHT AND CENTER BECAUSE THE STAFF TEAM HAS NO CLUE HOW TO BAN!!!! Absolutely horrendous and embarrassing. To those who are saying "nO wE wErE tRaIneD toO uSes SteaMID", you clearly are either A) One of the few who didn't have a terrible trainer or B) Clearly ignore the fact it is happening, because I've ran across so many people who kick/ban by name. Unbelievable.
