+1 You will be a good leader, the only thing I would say is to have a stronger relationship with the legacy members that still care than Scarecrow did. A lot of the problems you're aiming to fix through your term had bee dealt with before by people who are still active and would be willing to help with guidance.

I am gonna go ahead and slap a +1, despite the general treatment egg has received being one of the first people to join synergy's teamspeak the day the thing opened, as well as being gree for an incredibly long period, seriously my lads cut the man some slack he just wants to be a dang medic, and considering the warm welcome I received from the fine lads in the Jedi council, seeing eggs reception in 41st has deeply wounded my heart. Regardless I +1 because I know how rough the high command scene can be, I served in three high command spots and you spend most of your time trying to be helpful without stepping on bcmd's toes. Everyone will either decide you spend too much or too little time with their battalion, it's never just a good amount of time. Also the job is thankless besides the nice little rank ya get. So, as much as I wish egg got better treatment I see that grum does care about the battalions under him, and has certainly put more work in from what I have seen than most regimentals I saw in the ancient times. I think jayarr is an excellent candidate but could not in good conscience minus one you simply because I like jayarr. Bet y'all didn't expect that one. Also egg isn't toxic, he's one of the kindest lads you can meet people out there, just try talking to the lad before condemning someone you don't know.

I'll be honest I've tried to write some kind of fancy speech five or six times now. On how you will do kinda like I did with moros but I just don't know how to express it really I do think your capable but at the same time I think you need to take things slower not rush into them head first with out thinking I trust you enough to grow to +1 but mate buckle down and sort a plan if you are going to do this you have the potential to do great better than a lot of us. IF you buckle down plan shit and do it and develop ideas and not just run with them. So do I think you can yes and if you think you can good but you will have to work for it.

Yeah rakhgoul is kinda hit or miss since it's up to the players on how they perform with the SWEP, I tried to get a few going from the start and see if people could get infected so theres more action. I appreciate the feedback regardless

When I was over at IFN MRP, it wasn’t usually AIDS on the radio regardless of how many minges were on the server, we were able to adjust the radio frequency to our own liking, so the Base Ops can do that as well, which yes it might be abused a few times but at the same time you can deal with those people who are minging and spamming the radio, and I also don’t think a radio will cause lag XD, it’s literally something being used for VC, and as well mic spamming doesn’t even happen that often on the server, and new players won’t even know how to work it if I’m being honest. And it’s not like the people around them can’t hear them speaking, they can still be heard out loud, so they wouldn’t just be heard on the radio but on radio and surrounding areas, so staff could easily deal with mic spammers.

Currently I feel as though Wolfpack lacks a certain organization, drive, and purpose. Processes for entry aren't as rigid as they should be, without a strict and consistent guideline and framework for recruitment/trails. The Wolfpack's role in regards to sub-unit issues is also that of a grey area; the role of an advisor is not well understood. My first goal would be to implement a framework for a trial system that will see consistent results, and a standardized grading scale. Squad-based organization and cohesion during events is another thing to improve. That will see improvement through trainings, guidelines, and overall experience as a separate squad. As for sub-unit issues there are a few things I may need to try out; either improving the system that is already in place with "Wolfpack Advisors", or scrapping it if all else fails and falling back to Wolfpack leads. Tank training as a whole is completed. There are a few loose ends, and logging/ doc issues that need to be finalized but it's nothing major. Tank training has been happening and people are receiving training. We've established Tracer as our Warrant Officer and MECHL. Marion has earned that rank and he's spearheading the process. Currently the biggest issue I see in the battalion is not one of the present, but of the future: longevity. 104th High Command has established training's, procedures, rules, and guidelines over the course of Scarecrow's nearly 2 terms that have proven to be successful and effective. But my major concern is how we will maintain it, especially once I am gone. My top priority is establishing a trusted command structure that will allow the next leaders of the 104th to carry on what has been started here. That is a process that will most likely carry on for the entire length of my term, and hopefully I'll be able to rely on those around me to provide the future leadership that the 104th will need.

Ouch that fucking hurts but the truth hurts sometimes. You've demonstrated to be level headed and rational, and you've put thought and effort into your application. How ever I have a few questions for you I'd like to see answered. What do you see as problems that the Wolfpack faces at the moment and what are you going to do to improve it? What is the status on the tank training and if it still isn't completed what do you plan to do to get it completed? What do you think is the biggest problem in the battalion and why? and what do you plan to do to fix it? Lastly Moros i'd like to see you establish a better relationship with the Honorary's than your predecessor did. Other than that its a +1

Joah - Still Active Mods - Still Active, helped create alot of the original server, took a long break prior, now devs. Sparks - Demoted, Caused Drama, didn't do his job. Indox - Demoted, Didn't do his job. Jek - Demoted, Favoritism, Abuse of Power, Corruption, Bullying, Failure to do his job etc. Zim - Semi Active, Used to do tons of work developing but left for life, mostly around as requested. Square - Still active. Jackson - Still Active Dill - MIA (Dill is a meme, not a true founder.. I think?)

-1, IK Korm you love the Kal Skirata position but if you are trying to get stuff added so you can stay Kal then somethings up. You have someone that could be Kal. If you are getting burnt either find stuff to do on the server and branch out of SOBDE or get burnt out and let someone who isn't burnt out take the mantle. Not trying to be a dick but this is the second time you have tried to put something up to give Kal something so you don't get burnt out. Kal is special but not this special.

DISCLAIMER - this is not a personal attack or based entirely off of things put behind us, it is just based off of my recent experiences. I'm going to go with a -1 for a few reasons. I am going to start this off by saying that in the last 2 weeks I've seen you lash out at people in 91st for very little reason and basically abuse power and people over basic miscommunications. Overall acting irrationally and jumping to conclusions is another reason. The main thing was the AOS that actually led to a player report and then also screaming at Neyo about our resident speech maker, technodad. My final reason is a big one, and does touch on previous interactions, but you acting on them. (A bit of backstory) I had talked with venom about me coming back and that I would help fix the battalion if he got Gree. The rank that was agreed upon was SGT which I was personally fine with because I could still do tryouts and still try and do some work. It wasnt much but you gotta work with what you get. I then proceeded to -1 KJ and was then frozen and not allowed to be promoted with no date given, at CPL and told to do "good work" with no real reason behind it. I knew that you hated my guts and everything that I had ever done with blind rage for a long time, and I dont believe that all of it was warranted and also refers back to my first reason of abuse and unnecessary use of powers by overstepping the people running the battalion at the time to personally "watch over me" and make sure I had "totally changed". I cannot say in good faith, that you are the correct choice for Recon Regimental at the current moment.

Yeah this is an old ass ban at this point. Like I said before Alec just needed to actually write a proper response to get across to the community which is why he was never denied the right to appeal again. I think he's more than ready to be welcomed back to the community, and he was defintely one of my harder working VAs so it will be good to get him back. @Alec Welcome back. Ban appeal ACCEPTED
