Alright boys, it's been quite the rollercoaster. Mixed emotions and overall the quality of life I'm enjoying while not on Garry's Mod has lead me to do this. My drive and overall morale when I'm the Military or Clone Wars RP server isn't that great to be honest. I came back in December hoping to be re-motivated to play, but it just hasn't been the case. Don't feel like it's for me anymore nor will it be for me in the future. I want to the thank the entire Military Roleplay community for giving me an experience so rich, and so fun. I'm gonna hit a lot of tags because I'm probably not gonna come back ever again. @Doc - I didn't know you until we started talking after I got denied for MARSOC Commander. You're really good leader, and you know how to run shit, and I consider you a good friend. I might've bugged ya ass about shit but it was because I knew you could execute it. Regiment you are applying for: Specialized Regiment. Experience: As some of you may know, before Synergy Roleplay existed, the people that started Synergy came from a server called Icefuse Networks. As of this I will be listing my experience in two parts, Icefuse and Synergy, as they are both experience with the same general playerbase. (This may seem dull but there is a lot to remember in the 3 or so years I've been playing CWRP and hard to remember which positions were Icefuse and which were Synergy.) Do you have a microphone? Yes. Where do you want your regiment to be at the end of your term? I have created a list of items I would like to achieve whilst in the position of Specialized Regimental Commander. Battalions enforce Serious Roleplay to a high standard. Battalions are well drilled soldiers and perform in all situations at a high standard. Battalions are actively and consistently holding over 10-15+ unique battalions members coming online, per day. Battalions have documentation and guidelines for all possible situations that may occur. How do you plan to improve relations within your regiment? I plan to do a few things; Create a Discord chat in which myself and the BCMD's of the battalions can communicate issues. Have meetings with the BCMD's in the regiment. First meeting would be BCMD's only. In the first meeting we will discuss the parameters of meetings going forward, such as; Who will be allowed to attend (Rank). What time the meetings will take place going forward. Etc. Meetings will be aimed at how to improve relations, training and any other relevant information. Create events and training in which the battalions will work together. Run and operate sims against other battalions both in and out of the Specialized regiment. Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: Yes. Do you understand that your position has a two month term limit and you must reapply after two months to maintain your regimental commander rank?: Yes. "Hi there, So pretty much I'm considering asking for a waive to apply for Specialized reg commander but wanted to talk to you first. I have currently spoken to the other BCMD's in the Specialized Regiment and I will tell you the same thing I told them about my plans if I do get the position, so here goes. My views are, You're the battalion commander of your battalion for a reason, you should be the one making the decisions. My role would be more of that of an advisor with a lot of experience. In this role I would make suggestions to you and let you make the choice for your battalion (unless asked or instructed otherwise) I will follow your punishment guidelines for your troopers in your battalion. I will be around to hang out with your battalion every now and then, (Obviously with the understanding that I would have 4 battalions to look after as well as my Jedi) I will run trainings and events (main and event server) with your battalion and the others within the regiment. Sometimes together, sometimes alone. I will only step in and take action when absolutely needed (asked by a higher up, or if no officers are online in your battalion.) Again in this, I would follow the guidelines you set for your battalion. When the clones shoo them away they go to the outposts and claim them as their own. When one is captured at alpha they run to bravo and hold it hostage with the captured gang member as the ransom. The clones capture the other gang members and take them to base for punishment. What was the result of the event?: One gang member dead, the others arrested Was this more of a role play oriented or "shoot em up" oriented event: Passive RP with some Aggressive RP

So, shortly after the release of the server, a lot of people was complaining how there is nothing to do on the server, server was boring, being on a venator sucks and etc. Most of those people have been playing for like 5 months or so. All of you that says that, I just really want to tell you to shut the fuck up. Like I'm sorry but ive been playing in this community for like 3 years now (if we add the time that we were on Icefuse). Ive never been bored. Always had a great time on the server and you know why ? I just RP. That easy. all of you complains how boring it is but most of the people that complains, never host sims, never do passive RP, never RP what so ever, never does training. Back in the old days battalion would always do training, sims and stuff like that. When I say training its like formation trains or even PT just because of the fun of it. This is a RP server not a shooting simulator. IF you dont do any kind of RP oustide of events that is literally why its boring. Back in the day I would always see RANCOR in MHB train their formation, not because they needed to just because they did it for RP and do dumb training like that is part of the RP. Im sure @Fizzik remember that too. All of you need to do more things, training and interact with your battalion (this is mainly for officer) you guys dont do anything with your battalion like honestly. So please stop complaining and start doing RP. THis is the reason why the server is slowly degrading no one does anything outside the event and then they blame the game master programme for not doing anything... like hello ? you dont do anything either like shut up LMAO. I'm going to start off by saying I apologize for not informing you further of what had happened with the docs. But we didn't end up having to remake the doc, I don't remember exactly how Perri got access but eventually he did. And Perri ended up making copies of all the docs before they could get deleted. As for the "holding the docs hostage" part yeah, he did end up doing it and from what it was looking like this was all on purpose. Kelso had already been extremely inactive before this and got removed. So naturally one would assume this was being done on purpose. Top that with the fact that he didn't explain himself well at all and that lead to his ban. This was all extremely worrying for all the 212th. Now, after looking at this my opinion is that he should be unbanned. However stressful this was and as much as I still to this day strongly dislike Kelso for his terrible attitude towards me specifically I think he should be unbanned. It might have been a misunderstanding or he might have done it on purpose. But there would really be no harm is bringing him back to the server. THAT BEING SAID, he will not be unblacklisted from the 212th. For reasons I just stated above and because he still "held the docs hostage". I don't think I can trust him being on the 212th anymore. +1

+1 i dont get why we cant have a sniper class in 2nd AC. We were not meant to necessarily lose anything we decided to give up Ghost company for K-company. It doesnt make sense to me why everyone thinks we are being punished in some way shape or form. Compared to other battalions we have a smaller amount of 2ndAC whitelists in relation to regiments/companies. The weapons are also fine there is no reason to remove it. There are other groups that have many more OP combinations but no one talks about them. -Grunge (Parjai 4)
