Leadership is on point and will do what needs to be done! Generally the right dude for the role. Wash does great work when on the ball and displays a great example of what a leader is and how to employ these into many different situations. Senior Commander needs to feel like a big deal again and brought back to a reasonable level by having that impact on the playerbase. +1 Huge !

My Null time also allowed me to get acquainted with the majority of the server 327th Commander again, and helped lead them back from death into a glorious light Defense Regimental Commander, worked very DU, 41st and 327th VERY closely, spent time with these battalions, and helped Dooms Unit recover from its issues (until they were taken from me). I helped DU with their number issues, and with their shield situation (if you remember, there was a brief time they had NO shields). I have been actively assisting Buzz in dealing with the 91st number issues, and helping him with assorted training. I am currently also helping RANCOR immensely in the running of their ARC training, and providing active assistance in their battalion issues. I have worked VERY closely with Ryx and the Spec Ops, and helping him with whatever issues he has whatsoever. The 41st is always amazing, however I do help them with assorted things such as Recon training. Why should you become a Senior Commander?: : The reason I am going for this position is because I want to see success within the Attack and Recon battalions, and see them become the best of the best within Synergy Roleplay. I have worked extremely closely with the Recon and Defense Regiments and spent much of my time on the server with, and within them. Now I look to assist the Attack battalions, and to see them blossom to even better than they currently are. I look forward to assisting them in anything they could need or use, and to help them in any way possible. I also wish to be a new level of activity brought to the Senior Commander role (something previously neglected) and to be there for my Regiments. I want to see my home regiment of Recon continue to grow, while assisting the amazing Attack battalions continue to prosper. I see these battalions consistently do phenomenal work, however I wish to see them excel in all aspects possible. I look forward to increasing role play within the battalions through training's, and through helping the battalions in my brigade work together more closely. They lost due to the Dooms Unit protecting the Brig like madmen. -1 also as an aside, imo while being an Event Job should be fun, it shouldn't be top priority, your priority as an event job is to provide meaningful interaction and increase immersion. Also DU should be a tank that utterly annihilates anything in the way.

Implementation: A new job would be added to the 501st called Riot Trooper equipped with a 501st DC 15A, DC 15S, and Riot Shield. Lore: In the battle over Ringo Vinda you can clearly see 501st troopers using shields to push forwards with DU. Workshop content if applicable: We already have the riot shield on the server and the model would be easy because we'd just pick from one of our extra models. Model: 501st Trooper 5 Weapons: 501st DC 15A, DC 15S, and Riot Shield Other: To those who would say "Attack battalions don't need it" I will say this shields like the ones seen in the show and the ones I am requesting are used for the purpose of covering infantry units from ranged attacks as they moved forward. This tactic has been used historically by the Romans in their Testudo formation where shields would be used to make a box and cover the top and front to move the infantry forward in mobile cover for the purpose of attacking. Riot control units use a similar formation using riot shields to cover police infantry to not only force back rioters but also to prevent projectiles from being thrown at the infantry. In both of these cases the shields are used as mobile cover which is how I would have shields be used, they would be used to build cover for us in MHB and Artillery room so we are not so exposed - Acorn/Rex

@Mr.Acorn I Agree with @Jayarr with an addition that could possibly work. Why not give the ability for the Shock Trooper to pick up a DU shield and use it. They would not be able to spawn it themselves, but picking one up or given to them from a DU member could be a viable solution to possible push back from the community.

Poor DU. They never get requested anywhere so that's why their shields aren't used often. I find a good compromise to be calling them down for help rather than adding another job, this would give DU more hope that they are useful.

You always need to opinions to a matter, one being good whereas the other argues against it, having the +1 -1 system is great, sometimes its used just because someone dislikes someone else or an idea but overall its a small icon which grants you a little point towards reputation, people aren't gonna judge overall a amount of rep on a forums.

So, with great regret, I am voiding this APP @Jackson @Oxen. The past 2 weeks, I've been in some out of the way cities like Cabool, MO and Quincy, IL. In both of these cities, I could even hold a connection to Google Docs, while on my phone for team speak. My work load is only increasing from here till June. I cannot in good faith, apply for a position on this server when I know I will not have the time. On top of that, I am planning on moving this summer, and need to start focusing on packing and getting rid of stuff now, as i'm only usually home for 4 days out of a month. For someone that is always home that seems like forever, for me that is about 20 days home before I have to pack and leave. Basically, I have IRL stuff I will have to attend to and the Order deserves a full time Yoda. I appreciate every +1, and every person who left feedback, weather good or bad. Thanks for caring about the position, and taking Yoda serious. Both of the current candidates have pros and cons, but are more then qualified to holding the position. Please leave constructive feedback, so when it comes time for the voting, everything can be considered. I will still be around, but my activity cannot be guaranteed for the next coming months.

Just going to put my two cents on this. I only use the Downvote system to downvote useless posts that aren't needed and just stir up more shit.(Rarely upvote unless its like a meme) The point of the Up-vote and down vote is, as it is on most sites, meant to be a thing in which people disagree or agree with your opinion. If you make a post be ready to get backlash. There will always be backlash, let it be minority or majority. So if you get a massive amount of downvotes, guess what people disagree with your opinion, are we telling you to change it? No. When you make a post be ready to be welcomed to the real world, where people dont always agree with you. By down-voting a post you are telling the directors you disagree with that post. So You are right "forums is for the directors to see what the community has to say.". When a post has a massive amount of down-votes it tells them that the post is a widely disagreed opinion. Like shoot this post was made majorily because of the "Nightmare Grandmaster Application.". On their you -1 on a thing with a majority +1's, so you already had your mind set. So to say that "Causing the person to instead of talking they agree with the majority in fear of the negative feed back." is a lie. Such a example is the Gene application. It started out with a majority +1, then the minority of -1 came in. Did they change their minds when they initially got negative feed back? Nope.

One thing I did to fix it when I had broken models (When I first joined I could never see GM) was that: I deleted the add on pack for that battalion, COMPLETELY, restated GMOD, redownloaded it, then started it up and was golden. -The other way would be to delete ALL of your adding and redownload the Synergy pack. -The final and third way (I think) is to delete your add on folder and reinstall the Synergy pack. Hopefully one of those should work!

You're a great person fun to talk to got some edgy fucking memes and are funny as hell. BUT im going to be honest with you mate, You're mingy as hell. Before i got staff i watched you run around the server saying "Ni**er" and no one did anything about it because "Its nightmare" say it all you want in ts in small chan but dont bring it to the gmod server, Next. I can tell you care about the server, but jedi are already decently mingy. Like stated, great kid fun to play with give us a laugh. Sadly, cant recommend him for this position. -1

Alright, I'm not here to +1 or -1 as this would put favoritism towards a higher position and undeniably would force a decision based on my opinion. For those of you who are -1'ing or +1'ing and you don't even play on the server enough to understand how active or how some someone has changed makes your point entirely invalid. I really do appreciate people still browsing the forums and keeping up to date, but if you're not going to play on the server your opinion should not be accounted for. If you don't play here why even comment on these types of things. Most of the -1's I'm seeing are from a 212th perspective rather than the entire server. However, I may be overlooking something, as this is not my place. But I stand firm on the fact that if you don't play on the server don't give an opinion because you're giving an opinion of what you saw from someday MONTHS AGO. This is completely biased, It's like voting for Hitler when he was a great guy then realizing your mistake later. This is not a good idea. You should keep your opinions in an unsaturated vote. You can always give an opinion but if you don't play on the server, don't -1 or +1 as you don't see the current person who is applying for the position. I will admit I have always been critical of you Max. But looking back a lot of what you did as palpy and the times we had when I was Yoda were really fucking fun. Also you are still the best admiral I have ever fucking seen. Thank you for all of the fun times, arguments, support, and good memes. It will be hard seeing anyone else as palpy.
