Implementation: Basically this would be an item that can be used with a reasonable cooldown, that would scan an area for any friendlies or hostiles and highlight them for a short period of time. It can either be a held item that affects the area around the player, a projectile that can be shot at a location and highlights around that area, or throw a sticky grenade that sticks to a spot and highlights around that area as well. Lore: 41st Elite Corps is a Reconnaissance battalion. This tool would help us carry out our intelligence gathering.
