I think giving them that option or using the quiz can be a lot better in some ways. I do happen to notice a tons of new players who don't get trained in time and end up leaving, this will void and fix that issue. Now I happen to believe doing the TR Training is somewhat useless. Always seems as if they just follow me but aren't taking in that info. Where with the quiz is would make sure they answer correctly showing us they understand the basics and what may be required. +1

When it comes to it being late night hours/ time, I completely understand when it comes to goofing off and having fun. You just need to make sure your still following all rules to the best of your ability, it may be tuff and require you to think before doing, resultng in you not getting in trouble. I had a couple interactions with you today, and they were fairly good. I dont believe you are one to be a huge crazy minge. I would +1 them on lifting it but if they choose not to, I understand why.
