Regiment you are applying for: Sobde Regimental Commander

 

Experience:

501st Legion:This is where majority of my time was From the first day i joined till a monthish, When i first joined i was under first meerel, During my Ncos times i was our only medic so i became the 501st’s Medic lead although not gonna lie during that time basically didn't mean anything
 

I was quickly promoted to 2nd lt because of my actions and the amount of tryouts i held, I began commanding troops during battle and around this time i became an intel officer (For 501st docs) it was basically the same until i hit Ltc. When I became LTC Acorn was TCC Kain(Puke) was xo along with caps so there was 1 spot open for xo.

This is when we Synergy became a thing. Day 1 of synergy i was promoted to Cmd and was made intel lead for the 501st documents. We brought in a new system in which how Gm runs there regiments with different regiments have leaders and overseers for that area of regiment, Since i was medic lead for the longest time i was made the Support Regiment Overseer which oversaw Medics Engineers and Arf Troopers. During this All 3 of those regiments were alive and having quality troopers not just to fill spots. I did such a great job with that I was made Regimental Lead which oversaw all regiments and regiment overseers. All the other regiments were struggling because some didn't have a pointed leader and so it was because of the load out (Our assault troopers). I quickly appointed troopers that had earned the position.

Torrent Company Commander: After The current TCC resigned they needed someone to   fill the spot, At the time i was the only one capable to fill it so i filled the spot until another would arise to claim that spot. Within the span of a couple of weeks i had filled all name characters and Basic Tc troopers which had never been done before.(Was alot of fucking tryouts to do). For these tryouts i created Scenario sims based off what they would be like in the actual clone wars.(Will provides examples if you would like)

RC Ion Team Ras: When I was Ras and I  really enjoyed the environment of a small squad, During this that  really only been able to help with tryouts and help improves others medical rp, and pvp in general

RC Ion Team Climber: So when I got Climber we were missing a Ras and a Trace. Before I began hosting tryouts I let my eod (Vires) now from this point on any minging or breaking rules, complaints etc would no be tolerated and that would be the only warning the squad in general would get. After that I went over the tryouts to see if there was really anything I wanted to cut/add in which wasn't much. I got Ras after 8 tries (Derv) in which he received the same warning. For the longest time it was just us 3 in the squad because no one could pass Trace. The squad itself currently has the image I wanted it to have (expect having a Trace in the picture). I've made sure the squads activity remained up. Just recently after 70 ROUNDS of Trace Tryouts I got a Trace. Through the process I removed a part of the tryout because of tight space adding more intensity to the trigger discipline. Ive Gained bonds with Other RC Squads Null and DU Officers.

Jedi Order: In the Jedi order I worked myself into the guardian branch got weapon specialist and a saberstaff. I was later promoted to Guardian manager. I got master but i soon resigned from the position as it was not for me but I still playing squidface

 

Why should you become a Regimental Commander?:I think I have the experience from being in a huge battalion(501st) and Rc Squads(Climber) to help support and help run if needed Du and Rc/Null and that im pretty dang active so im always available if people need help 

 

Do you understand the lore of your regiment?:

Dooms Unit: They were led by Commander Doom and Jedi Generals Tiplar And Tiplee. They were mainly known from Star Wars The Clone wars for the episode Where they were supporting 501st in the battle of Ringo Vinda. They used their shields and z-6s(for those who weren't holding a shield)

.Delta Squad:  Delta Squad was led by Boss, The squad was Boss(Lead) Sev(Marksman) Scorch(Eod) Fixer (Tech)  They were mainly known for after the massacre of Devaron. They were highly skill and trained mission they were sent on dangerous combat missions that normal clones couldnt hand

Omega Squad: The squad was Niner(Lead) Atin(Tech) Fi(Medic) Darman(Eod). They became a squad after all of their individual squads were killed in the battle of geonosis. There first mission was was Qiilura in which they were sent to sabotage research clone killing nanovirus

Null: They were the first clones of Jango Fett who were deemed failures and were saved from termination from Kal Skirata. Each of the Null were named after Mando Warriors. Kal Trained them in live ordnance testing. They didn't enjoy being around clones  because of being thrown aside and being treated like trash



 

 

Availability: Im Available basically any day of the week through discord

Monday- After school so 11:42pm My time

Tuesday School and I work 3-7 most tuesdays so the hours in between and after work

Wednesday- After School so 11:42 my time PST\

Thursday same as Wensday

Friday- I work 2-9 normally but im on late at night always

Give a brief overview of your achievements on the server:

I became the main commander for 501st

Led Torrent Company and filled all of its spots without TC being Mingy

Became Ras and be apart of an amazing squad being best medic

Filled a squad as climber and led the squad successfully

Became a guardian manager

Got promoted to master

Most of all I created the best character (my jedi)

Was A vet Admin On Synergy

Do you have a microphone?:Yes

 

Where do you want your regiment to be at the end of your term?: I want Sobde to be seen as the elite units as they were in lore, but also not be hated and have a good image like I hope for Ion Team currently.

 

How do you plan to improve relations within your regiment?: To be dead honest I dont think theres any issues in our regiment Rc Null and Du get along really well  But if there was improvement i would say more simulations like teamvteam etc

Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?:Yes i do

 

Do you understand that your position has a two month term limit and you must reapply after two months to maintain your regimental commander rank?:Yes I do

Woeny, I'll be honest. I don't think I have ever worked with you at any point besides the relationships the 212th and 501st had way back when. And what times they were. I know you are a great leader and have achieved many great things such as getting to your current position at this point in time. To that, I say;

You got my +1  I remember when I joined 501st for a day (when 212th was having hiccups) you were the only one that I actually talked too and all I can say is you deserve this. Respectful, and overall great leader.

I want to +1 But from my observations, you can't take criticism or really deal with difficult situations.

I have not really interacted with you in any other place than jedi and I can say that from what I was told when i asked around about you was this: you stopped playing on your jedi for almost an entire month because it "caused drama." I take it that this was because of the whole voice thing but instead of just facing the issue and dealing with it, you just jumped ship.

My second piece of evidence was your first and only master meeting. I will admit got very heated and was a horrible experience for everyone involved but once again, instead of toughing through it and trying to help fix any issues or providing input to help ease the situatuon, you left mid meeting and said that you "were done."

I do not doubt that you have done amazing things for ion and the rest of rc but in my opinion, I do not see you fit for high command.

i know him from my 501st days when he stopped doing Jedi was because the voice thing was aimed at him no other player did it and the community loved it he was constantly fighting to keep his character the same.

I do not know about the master meeting but i cant blame him for any issues thats a cluster on its best day from what ive gathered

Were can I begin. This man was a legend I knew of from his time in 501st and Game makers. He stepped down from both and I thought the server lost a great fundamental player who understand how to enhance others experience. 

 

Then the meme team Ion was added. They had their run and then the founding core resigned and metro entered the lead. TL;DR Metro slayed himself and not floats out in space. Meme aside Ion had a spot open. And by some incredible form of lu*favortism*ck he rose to be the next Climber.  Quickly Ion team has flourished under his directive. During my tenure in Null and even currently still having constant interaction with Null/RC I constantly see what he does and how he handles himself. I can safely say he knows how to encourage and promote his men. He knows when to joke and enhance their gaming experience and he also knows when to put his foot down and remove those who hinder the squad and name. He has a strong understanding of leadership and a thorough understanding of SOBDE. 

He was mentored by the legend Baxter himself. Let Baxters son take the throne now. It has been foretold many cycles prior.
