Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): First, I would like to join the staff team once again because I enjoyed doing it. I feel being a staff member allows me to talk and meet people on the server that I have not talked to before. Secondly, I would like to join back on the staff team to help with admin tickets, I see some many times where people will make so many tickets just to get a few things spawned in, I would like to help minimize this problem. Lastly, I would like to rejoin the staff team to help host/co host encounters and events I see a few events happen during the morning and day but nothing happens after 8pm EST most days unless there is a deployment going on. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): My past time in staff when good for the most part there was a few bumps on the road. It was a huge learning experience for me. I opened up to people and worked with people I have not prior. Everything was good and fun when i was in staff except on negative thing which was my failure to manage my time which caused me to get demoted from Senior Admin down to Admin which is when I opened my eyes and realized I need to drop a few things until I have more time.
