Obviously, I don't have proof other than the word of a trusted friend, this shows Dennis is not mature enough to be staff, especially high staff if he is toxic towards other players. Understandably, I had my immature mistake that got me blacklisted, and yes I'm staff, but I am friends and have been friends with them for around 2 years with the person I insulted. and I was caught up in a ton of emotions and my friends know that's the type of person I am. This flurry of emotion was due to the fact I had enough power-flexing from Doom's Unit's overly toxic and disrespectful officers which Dennis chooses not to ever discipline (Or at least to my knowledge). It is one thing to be toxic to a good friend, but to be toxic towards a member of the community who doesn't view you as a friend is just completely different. As much as I think you'd be a competent staff member, you've held a negative outlook on the community for a while and I feel this has really affected how you act around others in-game. It's understandable as a lot of things you do is because you're passionate and get upset but you nearly had an ST Enlisted harassed by a large group of people after I had already spoken to you before, asking you *very nicely* to stop doing things like that. He was so stressed out by your actions that he ended up leaving the battalion. You act out in anger far too much and I fear it will turn you into what is essentially a dark cloud that hangs over everyone's head. With the state that Synergy is currently in with staff -- a state you, yourself have noticed -- I personally don't think you'll do the community any favors. Like, I'm toxic and I can be a proper cunt, but it's like you go out of your way to annoy people or ruin the fun for certain areas of the server when people are playing a video game.
