I thought it would of been best to leave the staff team and I regret it in some ways. Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): Well I want to rejoin the staff team because I want to achieve more in the community. I really do care where the community is going right now and I want to also just help it out in anyway I possibly can. Also I just want to provide RP and some shoot 'em up events so people have something to do meanwhile GM's are creating events. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): Well I mean I feel like I did pretty well as a Game Helper. I Tried my best to do encounters and such during the night because most of time no one really would. I would just like to continue doing that, and provide original encounters as well as fun to the community late at night when nothing is usually happening. Steam Name: Siberia RP Name: 187th Major Siberia Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:114432745 Battalion or squad you are applying for: 187th Battalion Commander Experience: 327th Major (Icefuse) 327th was the first battalion I joined on Ice-fuse, this was an experience that I will always remember. During that time I had done a lot for 327th, including being part of the Intel team and gaining experience that I still use to this day. On top of reviving the battalion at the time, during that point in time, I was in the 327th for about 6-10 months. Being part of the battalion, I eventually became a canon character as well as being in K-Company. Major In Dooms Unit (Icefuse) After my time in 327th, I Transferred to DU. IN DU I was under my commanding officer Drew. When they resigned I rose up the ranks to Major helping wherever needed. I became intel and became a Lore Character under the name "Ruin". Though I didn't spend as much time I as I did in the 327th, I had helped revive it when we didn't have a Commander. We went from very low population to being a highly active battalion within the server thanks to my efforts and the efforts of the others within the officer corps. Senate Commando LT (Icefuse) This was by far the biggest game changer for me. At this time, I became pretty known throughout the community. I was taught that discipline and authority were very important values to respect and follow. I was a Senate Commando Under the Leadership of "Slip" and "Polwie". These good role models helped me become the person I am today. I learned how to make documents look better and how to lead by example and by actions then ever before. 187th PVT-1stLT This was my first battalion, I was here for most of my first starting months. This battalion taught me what I know now. During my first few months I rose in the ranks and became a 1stLT, and started my best to help where I was needed. I Helped Revive Paratroopers and did my best and it was a success. Going from around 3 to around 13 Paratroopers. Around this point I was given a go ahead from the old BCMD Soap to start making a “Sub-Division” within the Battalion Called Advanced Recon Para. I finished the document with the help of both Funmaster and Camilo. This document was then presented during the Commander Meeting. But near time nothing more happened with it sadly. Near at the same time of ARP, I became an Intel Manager and started making documents and helping who ever needed it. Camilo helped me learn more about how to use google sheets and many more things involving doc making. 104th Mechanized Assault Battalion - Wolfpack When I transferred out of the battalion, I the 104th. During this time, I met a lot of people that I still consider my friends. I joined the battalion with another 187th called Matt. Him and I were pretty stressed with working on docs and other things, and we both transfered to the 104th due to the pressure put on us by the upper command along with other situations happening at the time. I agree what we did was pretty unproffessional, so I always wanted to rejoin the battalion and help them rebuild. Within the first couple weeks/months I got my trainings and rose through the ranks, eventually becoming a CPT. At this point I was JetX, and became Unnamed Wolfpack. At this point, I Rejoined 187th to help Keegan run and try to revitalize the battalion I came from. 187th Today After leaving the 104th, I rejoined to help the 187th. During this time a bunch of things were occurring within the battalion. At the time I was still learning new names and new procedures that they had implemented since my departure. This was when many experienced and important officers and some of the NCOs left as well. That entire situation was settled to my knowledge by the time I had rejoined. After this point I was LOA due to real life reasons, I had almost no time to be able to hop on. Now my main goal currently is to help revitalize the 187th, and try my very best to fix the multiple issues within the battalion. Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: I want to become Battalion Commander because of the fact that we are currently facing a huge problem of inactivity within the ranks of 187th. I understand that my recent activity hasn't been spectacular, but I do have plans for the future. Especially now that we don’t have an officer core with most having either left or transferred out. I want to help give 187th a new leg to stand on, I want to try my best to help revive the battalion with everything I have. I understand the circumstances that we are in at the moment, so I wish to give people a reason to join the 187th. I have plans and the belief that with my leadership I will be able to help others have the amazing experiences I had in this battalion originally, that drew me to it in the first place. I have the experience, capability, and plans to better the 187th, making it an active battalion once again, and if not even that, at least leave a good foundation for the next BCMD to build upon. Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?: 1) I want a stable and active COC, I want Junior Officers to be filled as well as an active NCO core. 2) I want to get in contact with the other attack battalions and start to get a better bond with the other ATK battalions. 3) I want to work with our Attack Regimental Commander so we can host better training's for us. Like Paratrooper involving training. 4) I want to fix our rank transfer policy because at the moment it's pretty poor due to our current circumstances. 5) I want to fill the regimental positions, currently at the moment i'm working with Sparky/Law To Fill them with the active members that we currently have. 6) I want to establish communication with the other battalions, like 104th due to their being good pilots, and us being Paras I feel like it would be a good benefit. To have pilots like them training/helping our pilots to better benefit from the relationships 7) I want to all around fix how we operate, there's not much things that we do with what we were made to do. We almost never Para, so I want to rework everything involving that aspect of the battalion. I want to make us a battalion that is useful and could benefit the server over all. 8)I want to fix the current issues that we face with Intel, Its pretty bad at the moment but I feel like getting a good person as a Intel director can really fix it. 9) I want to fix our public opinion, I feel like how other battalions view us as a minge battalion so I want to fix this and better it for the next generation of the 187th. -1 I just want to say this I don't mean to cause drama or anything as such, but Keegan does a shit ton of things for the battalion. He Revived the officer core and many other things. I've been on the server for 6 months and Been playing Gmod and Star wars RP for thousands of hours. He has a shit ton of things to do with in real issues and we should respect that. Just because you don't see him on, he has work, family, and school. But still gets on and works his ass off. Keegan cares about every single person within the battalion. Sparky you're a really nice guy i'm not saying you aren't but if you were here previously in the battalion you would understand completely why Keegan is a Hard Working Guy who is legit trying every thing to revive the battalion. Like 35th, I feel like people saying that its his fault for people leaving is a complete dogs shit argument. In my personal reason I feel like this shouldn't be a public event, This is causing drama. I feel like this should be a Private thing involving Korm, Keegan, and the rest of the higher ups. Causing unnecessary amount of stress, back-stabbing each other, and man other things. I Fully support keegan and whats he doing for the battalion, he takes a break to go with family for the weekend, and being told that people were back-stabbing keegan is a fucking joke. There's many things that people dont know what Keegan does, He does Discord, Intel, and Officer things within the battalion. There's absolutely zero reason for why this is a "Valid" Report. Like I said I respect everyone I come across, I dont mean this to cause drama but this is what I take on this report. I respect everyone choices but Just remember please know the facts before stating an opinion.
