I also have a resume I will attach to this application for on review. I am also a Dedicated Colonel of Torrent Company and 501st. I am also a Revolutionary War reenactor so, I am knowledgeable in military courtesy and making battalions more disciplined. Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: I want to apply for Battalion Commander Because I have experience in the battalion and I wish to take my hardened dedication to the next level. I can put a lot on the table as a soldier and to do anything for the battalion I care much for. I love to work with everyone in my workplace and watched and helped little by little to make my battalion great. I have watched my battalion succeed also fail. In the 501st we aren’t just on the field as soldiers we are friends looking out for each other. I also want to be the contributor into making my battalion comfortable and establishing reliable leaders and expect my standards to make my battalion strong and be a unit to have integrity. This application is going to be my representation to serve my battalion and my community with all I can. I also want my battalion to look at me as a respectable and reliable role model and a person to ask to have a reliable and direct answer. A little mental picture to define this is I am essentially want to be the General Battalion Manager. Like who can I put in the certain roles and positions to make my establishment better? Could I remove/fire someone from a position if their service is lackluster or complacent? Can I give just performance reviews or complementary adjustments? Can my reports be direct? Can I make decisions that involve directing people what to do? These questions are what I hope to base my term and questions to aid me become a successful battalion commander. Do you understand the lore of your battalion or squad?: I do understand the lore of my battalion. Availability: I have a job so, having someone ask me about my availability to conduct meetings will be essential for professional communication. I also have a community I co-run and they are at a spot where they need me to confirm executive decisions. Estimate of how long you've played on Synergy Roleplay?: I can estimate a near total of 4 months. Do you have a microphone?: Yes, I do. Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?: At a good position so that the new Rex does not have much to do and continue the legacy of a legendary battalion without harm. Also I can advise my battalion too. Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: I completely understand. Your one of the active 501st and from what I've heard you've been a dad to the 501st. However I'm going neutral for now. Could you add more detail to the question "Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?" as it only has 2 short sentences. Also maybe go into more in-depth of your previous positions in your app, as the resume is just fine, but you could explain in good detail of what you did in those positions. Do at least most of that and I'll get you a +1. But for now its a neutral. Link to comment

Now to whatever candidate doesn't get the position, don't worry about it, the battalion should be at your best interest, not necessarily the "position" of Rex. +1 Goodluck buddy.
