I want to be a big help to this community as a whole and to hep out everyone I can. I enjoy playing on this server and the community that is based around this server. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I love to play video games obviously. I love to cook and eat food. I like dogs and cats. I have a fear of heights. I am in the US Army. I like chilling out at home alot, but also hanging out and chill with friends. I enjoy politics and historical events. I love astronomy (Not astrology) and looking at the stars. I am hoping to go to Mars one day and live there. I enjoy watching American Football and my favorite team is the Colts. Do you have any previous staff experience? If yes, please elaborate on what you have accomplished: Yes. As a Moderator on Icefuse. Basically all I did was CC Trainings and Whitelisting. How many hours of in game time do you currently have on our Clone Wars server?: I would say around like 1.5k hours or so and 2.7k hours overall.

Here I learned the ins and outs of a Star Wars RP server. I learned to build up my character and found myself a place among SWRP. I have learned a lot through being in the Shock Troopers for 6 months. I worked my way back up from 3 rank purges. I worked hard to the point where I became an XO within the Shock Troopers. After a while Shock got split into 3 different divisions, Coruscant Guard, Peacekeepers, and Main Forces. I applied to be Thorn who was the BCMD of the PeaceKeepers. I worked hard to be in the position I was in. With being a BCMD I learned a lot of leadership and being a mentor for the Troopers below me. 327th Star Corps: I transferred from Shock Troopers over to 327th as a 1stLT. I was then Promoted the rank of XO through hard work and dedication to the battalion. I helped out Bly with fixing the training/tryout system. Through fixing the training/tryout system I helped revive the 327th and got it to stable and active numbers. I helped with fixing the Officer Corps and NCO/SNCO Corps by removing inactive ones and promoting ones who were dedicated to the battalion and wanted to see the battalion thrive. 327th was a good time for me because it helped prove that I can go and help out other battalions. 327th gave me the ability to trust and be trusted in a leadership position. Synergy: 41st Elite Corps: The 41st was the first battalion that I joined on Synergy and the battalion I loved the most and still love to this day. I started on Extensive as a 41st PVT and then worked my way up to SGT. I started doing tryouts again like any new SGT would. Then I got selected to go to ARC selection and then completed all of other training and got the status of ARC. I then was noticed by my ARCL Unkindled, he saw that I loved the position of ARC, so he promoted me to ARCO. Then I started to get noticed by all of the other Officers and Senior Officers of the battalion because of how amazing a job I was doing. I rose to the rank of CPT and then before long I became ARCL. I then took the spot of GCL after the current GCL resigned at the time, Egg saw the great work and time I was putting into the 41st so promoted me to the rank of Commander. I came back to Synergy after Egg got Gree again, I told him that I would come back to the 41st and help out the battalion. I was then the reigns of HVYO in the 41st. I then decided that I am going to help out in Support with Beastly who was the Support Lead aka Draa at the time. I said that we need to wipe the AT-RT training and start fresh because the roster and training was all out-dated. So Noe and I wrote up a whole new AT-RT training and wiped the roster so everyone would have to get trained again. I took the AT-RT training, wiped it and Improved on it after it was outdated. When the GCL resigned Egg has put me in place as GCL since I was an old GCL and CMD he has faith and trust in me about serving as a GCL and a Commander. I then became BCMD of the 41st, I served my time as BCMD and put my trust into my Officer Corps and NCO Corps. But I feel like I have the knowledge, the leadership, the mentality, and the fortitude when it comes to the position of being a Regimental Commander. Why should you become a Regimental Commander?: Leadership/Mentorship: I feel like I have the leadership and mentorship to help push the Recon Regiment to greater heights. I feel like someone can look up to me in my achievements on the server. I am someone that anyone can come to if they are having a problem irl or ingame. Through my time on Synergy, I have pushed myself to be a good leader and mentor. I feel like I have what it takes to help out both the 41st and Rancor battalion. I am a good person to rely on and get things done whether it be doc work, ingame work, or anything that needs to be done at a certain time. I can be relied on to be a helping hand, not just within my regiment, but the server as a whole. With my leadership skills I can help out with anyone who needs to be helped out. Experience: After being on Synergy for the past 4 years, I feel like I have grown myself and have gotten the Experience to help the Recon Regiment. I have only been in the 41st since I joined the server. I feel like I know the ins and outs of how a Recon Regiment should work and how it should function. Being Commander and Battalion Commander of the 41st, I know how recon itself should be and how it should be run. I have been under some of the best leaders that this server has had and have learned from them. Through my 4 years of experience on the server, I feel that I have what it takes to be Recon Regimental and to help push Recon to greater ambitions. Do you understand the lore of your regiment?: 41st Elite Corps: The 41st Elite Corps was under the 9th Assault Corps which was commanded by Jedi Luminara Unduli and Clone Commander Gree. 41st Elite Corps were known for the gray and white armor and scout armor that was used in the battle of Kashyyyk. 41st specialized in counterinsurgency, alien translation, and hostile terrain warfare, also using a variety of vehicles like the AT-RT, ISPs, Haw6 Juggernaut (Turbo tank), and AT-APs. 41st also had a couple of subdivisions under them including Green Company which was commanded by Green leader. The main lore characters within the 41st are Gree, Draa, Cooker, Faie, Buzz, Gett, Luminara, and Barris. Another subunit was the Sarlacc Battalion A and B which consisted of around 576 men each. The main battles of the 41st were, The Attack of the Tranquility, Battle of Kashyyyk, Battle of Utapau, First and Second Battle of Geonosis, Battle of the planet of Dinlo, and help with the arrest of Nute Gunray. Rancor: The ARC trooper or Advanced Recon Commandos were an elite unit of the Clone Troopers. Although rare in the Republic Army, they were one of the more skilled battalions and smart individually. Rancor were there to help train and assist the Clone Troopers on Kamino. The Commanders of Rancor were Colt, Havoc, and Blitz, with Blitz being the Battalion Commander. Hammer was not on the show but another main lore character within Rancor. Their Jedi General Was Shaak Ti who would watch over the training and assist with the clone troopers on Kamino. The main battle Rancor was in was The Battle of Kamino where Havoc and Colt unfortunately died. The status of ARC was given to members of the battalion who served with distinction on the battlefield. The armor because they used an experimental version of phase 2 armor only given to Rancor and other ARC members. I will try to help them with anything the battalions need help with. I am here for my regiment and would like to help in any way, shape, or form. I want my regiment to thrive. 41st and Rancor must work together on trying to bring in new recruits and help the Recon Regiment be successful and be a place where people can enjoy their time and where people can find a home. I want Recon to be able to actually be able to do what their main function is to do which would be Recon. I want my regiment to be a battalion that any naval or high command can look towards to get things done whether it be through capturing objectives, being a reliable force for defense or being a wild card that anyone can use in the face of a threat or adversary. I want my regiment to be in a position that when someone joins our way, they can feel like they are needed and relied on. I want both the 41st and Rancor to be in a position of success by the end of my term, whether that be months or even years after my term ends. I just want to see Recon in a position where they can feel comfortable and be in a position to win and be successful. I want to be a hand someone can grab on to, whether it be within my Regiment or with the server as a whole. How do you plan to improve relations within your regiment?: I think since last year relations between the 41st and Rancor have improved a lot. I think through talking to each other and finding what one battalion wants to see and improve on from the other and seeing where I can fit in there and helping out. I want to try and get the 41st and Recon some more recon deployments and to implement more recon training to try and help with communications and helping each other with tactics and learning from each other, I think this will help improve not only their main function on the server, but will also help out with boosting motivation and dedication to trying to help each other out. I think through each other's help we will be able to get the final kinks out of the relations between 41st and Rancor. I want Rancor and 41st to be able to bounce off each other in ways of helping each other and trying to improve each other. Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: Yes Do you understand that your position has a three month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your regimental commander rank?: Yes

At the time being a Commander within the 41st under Wren. When you joined I was warned by 501st High Command to watch out for you and some others. When you were in the 41st you and a few others would mass -1 people's applications for Leadership positions within the 41st and you would mass +1 people within your little group of people who joined the 41st. After Cloud got Gree, you tried to Power Play your way up the ranks of the 41st. Cloud saw through this and removed you and many others because you tried to sneak your way up the ranks without anyone seeing. For this reason I will be -1ing.

I have seen cloud time and time again devoting himself to helping the 41st out. I think he would be good for multiple reasons. One being that he listens to what people have to say. Especially his officers. He knows how to handle situations. He is mature and willing to help rebuild the foundation that has cracked and eroded away within these past few months. Cloud knows how to run a battalion. He had one silly mistake that got him removed, but everyone thought that was pointless to begin with. Even after they changed the rule on that with RCMD. Anyways cloud is a good friend and will always have my support no matter what he runs for. +1 good luck gamer

The Beginning I came back to the 41st because at the time the 41st was in a state where it was threatened with removal from the server. The battalion was in a weak state, Wren had asked me and other legacies like Egg, Cloud, and various others to help reform and rebuild the battalion. So one day I messaged Wren telling him I will come back and help him. After 4 days I applied for Green Company Leader and Faie. Which I made it to the interview and got the spot. At the time I was still a Colonel. Wren told me that I will stay as Colonel until I can prove myself to get the rank of Commander. After about two weeks of rebuilding Green Company, Wren promoted me to the rank of Commander. From here is where I saw the decline in how Wren wasn’t the right person for the BCMD position. He told us that he wanted us to help rebuild the battalion. We gave Wren suggestions on what to do and what not to do, as previous Gree’s and former High Command members we gave him suggestions. Wren took our suggestions and would put them into effect and then try to work around it to fit his agenda more, it is his battalion he can do what he wants. The fact that he wanted legacies to come back and help fix the battalion, but would take our advice then do the complete opposite of what we said not to do. Lack of Leadership Skills As a commander of the 41st, I have seen the lack of leadership skills coming from yourself. You have said you wanted to have legacies help but when we would come up with a suggestion you would say it is not a good idea and move on past them, but when Cloud brought them all of the sudden they are good ideas and that we should implement them. Our first battalion meeting that I had with you. Cronis came into the channel and told you that the battalion was in great shape which it wasn’t. 95% of the player base for the battalion at the time was legacies who just came back to the server. This turned your way the opposite direction of having legacies help. You stopped taking our advice overall and did what you wanted to because cronis clouded your mind after the battalion meeting. You can’t handle your own battalion, all you do is go complain to Cronis and Gears about your issues but you never handle them yourself. When people go AFK in the TS, you proceed to either move them to the training room or kick them out of the channel completely. This shows that you can’t handle anyone being gone for more than 2 minutes. It also is hypocritical when you AFK in the TS and in game all the time more than you are actually active. The other day you were AFK on a CC job for 3 hours. Lack of Communication Your communication skills are subpar at best. As a commander you rarely come to your officers for any input or advice including myself. When I was promoted to Commander I thought you were going to be coming to me before making decisions or at least allow me to put my opinion forward, you never did so. You would always do things without senior officer input. You had demoted Egg and Bigiron on the terms of them not being active enough or communicating with command and doing not enough training. At the time of their demotions, they both had arguably active hours on the server and where always participating during events and spectating NCOs doing their trainings like senior officers should, you had also demoted them claiming you had a chat with the other officers although the officers I had talked to claimed you never did. They both did training and participated in countless events. You told Bigiron that the 41st high command talked about the demotions, but where was I in this conversation nowhere to be seen because you never asked for my input. Minging on the Server You constantly complain about other minging on the server yet you are so hypocritical about it. You go on and you abuse your staff power. You forced changed my job about 3-4 times without asking for my permission first which you are supposed to do. You always TP to me and you TP me to you without asking for my permission first. Which is staff abuse as well. And last week you straight up RDMed John and then went to CG so that the RAOS didn’t go through and that you had them deny it for you, so you wouldn’t get arrested. You then proceeded to lie and then got told you could get PTed by 4 members within the 41st which Cronis chose. You constantly staff abused members of the 41st including me, buy force changing my job when I never asked you to, you TP me to you when I never said it was ok to, and you TP yourself to me all the time when I don’t give you the ok to. For these reasons, my vote will be -1

9.5/10 This was a great event, got to do the order 66 part as Gree. The level changing was great and that this was one of the best event I have played.

If you RDMed a BCMD you deserve ti get a perma blacklist -1 this suggest is stupid most people who get blacklisted, get blacklisted for mostly good reasons.
