as others have mentioned you dont have much in the way of a plan. In my opinion this is actually a good thing in this case — things are going pretty well. A head of roleplay to facilitate things, and help cooperation between branches is all we need right now. I would be far more concerned if you had dozens of plans and changes you wanted to roll out. If there's a time where we do need a more aggressive palpy, I trust you'll be that palpy. +1

3/10 I'm gonna go against the grain here, and try not to be an asshole while doing it, so I'll keep this a bit short. The entire first part of this event was standing around doing nothing, whilst battalion leadership, a group consisting of about 6 people, RPd. Every time someone else got close to the area where RP was happening, they were ordered to stay away. At one point I got up to go to the store, bought my stuff, came back, and nothing had happened in the meantime. Because of this I and several others left early. I'm really not trying to shit on this too much because it was unique, there was clearly a lot of thought and creative energy put into it, and I think the GMs genuinely wanted this to be something good. It's just the execution which made it an F tier deployment.

6/10. Glad we had an event geared towards us when there were so many on, but the health of the sith was pretty insane, and it felt like nothing we did mattered when they just kinda brute forced their way through half a dozen jedi using force stasis, hopped in fighters being sliced by like 3 jedi, and flew away. Overall glad you ran the event, but was pretty frustrating in some areas.

Has definitely helped to make the battalion a better place, consistently pulls enlisted into channels to ask for their opinions on specific things, and takes advice from veteran commanders whenever it’s given. Out of every commander I’ve had over multiple games and communities he personally listens to the rank and file perhaps the most out of any of them.

7/10 I dont usually rate these things, but this was genuinely pretty good. I'll take the short and sweet sneaking through the vents to infiltrate a base over 4 hour long slogging through 10k droids any day
