  1. Name: Opa RP Rank:212th 2ndLT Suggestion: Make stun grenade work as impact instead of having a timer. I feel that in most cases it ruins the situations rn as it's horrible to time it, also it doesn't do anything to NPC's, I'd like to suggest for it to become impact that way it is a viable purchase and actually has tactical value and stands up to the other grenades in it's own way. I've seen way too many people getting stunned in place just because it's hard to nail it well on a EC, I feel if it was impact it would actually serve it's purpose better which is trapping the EC in place as it's only viable against EC's it just makes sense for it to actually be worth using and not just some VERY situational grenade that most likely will fail or stun a massive amount of people unintentionally Implementation: Dev Lore: Stun grenade | Wookieepedia | Fandom Workshop content if applicable: Server content (If no workshop content, suggest a developer or put "Require Development")

    4/5/4, Really good action in CY, really balanced, the emplacements were nice and the friendly NPC presence didnt make it all laggy. All in all definetely more of this!

  8. I think that the server is well developed now and has great developers that have good skills to add content. I agree with Jayarr that there's way too little afk'ing in the early hours and that majority of people don't join the server if it's not 40 or 50 + players. One thing that I've always wished this server would do like most other SWRP servers is remove terms from BCMD's and instead evaluate their performance as they go, I feel like so much unneeded change could be avoided with it and the batallions could potentially structure themselves to actually have longer lasting BCMDs and longer lasting batallion culture. Now a lot of people just say that all you need is apply, but I rarely see people going for 2nd term and even more rare is the 3rd term and it leads me to believe that it's not needed I think that telling somoene that their now BCMD and they will be giving a report but monthly to somoenr like Marshall Commander or Regimentals or Directors would leave the BCMDs with a better taste in their mouth and fledge out their batallions, it would also feel like BCMD is proper rank and a position not just some pants that you put on for three months and gotta reapply everytime to keep them. I just think that evaluation of BCMDs would be more smooth and would avoid a lot of uncertainty for the batallions. Ye.

  11. +1 Relentless guy, that pushes his own to sanity to the limit with what he does with 212th and GM stuff and genuinely cares about 212th to the point where it's contagious, I didn't really see myself playing anything other than CG, but I think that something about Egert is big reason I stayed in 212th instead of going on batallion hopping spree. He has some things that 212th really needs in BCMD, which is activity in game, understanding and knowledge of the past of the batallion and what needs to be done in the future, batallion support. Anyways good luck!
  12. I think that the growth of CG has been great. I can see how many people in CG have stepped up their game and new faces joined and notables/legacy came back and are doing a great job. It's actually amazing to see the numbers. That being sayed a sizeable part of it could be attributed to Arizona and Tessa, because I standby the thought that so many people joining CG from other batallions and actually STAYING in it, must mean that the environment is good for growth and it's a great place. The same goes for notables and legacy it's a achievement in itself to keep those bingo playing grandpa's without resigning after like 1 week, so all that is great. Joking and Sync are a good duo for the spec leadership so the branches is good. Now after saying that I really wonder what that leaves me with, it leaves me thinking that you do great things for CG and the batallion likes you and endorse you for the position, nevertheless, I feel like right now you're in a good spot to stay as XO and actually being one of those rare XO's that see through 2 BCMDs and continue bringing the counter balance to the table. Don't rush it or if no one goes apply later, a XO can run a batallion without a BCMD.With being sayed it's +1 leaning towards -1, but hey it might be the best fox we've ever seen yet, just for my taste there's a bit too much mess surrounding the app and the community feel on it and the speed of joining vs applying for BCMD, just unprecedented, but if you can jump over this hurdle I don't see CG struggling as you have many capable people there and they like you and honestly it could be real good. Good luck on interview!
  13. 5/5/5 Really good early encounter, the entire server was engaged and there was lot's of stuff to shoot and explode! The boarding was fun ! GM also quickly responds to RBC etc

Name: Opa RP Rank: 212th 1SG Suggestion: Remove these slopes, it's really unnecessary access point to the base that already has quite a few access point from the North side hill, and South side where you have access to go on top of base and slide down inside. It's really unnecessary to have these 2 slopes as it makes the base seem weak on main gate which should be one of the strongest areas of the base. It's just weird to think that a droid/bounty hunter runs up that slope and bypasses the entire main gate! Implementation: Just Remove the slopes Lore: Military bases in IRL or any other gmod server. Workshop content if applicable: idk you have the map

  16. +1 This is would be a great change of pace for CG. I also like that you give a hint of possibillity of more terms after this term is done, really like the way this reads and looking forward to it.
