I agree with Forseen. -1 from me dawg. Literally watching the video, I saw your knife and gun out in public on defcon 6. Breaking the brotherhood code multiple times. Going into vents without permission. The disrespect in ooc chat. Name calling etc..., /ccing to avoid an AOS, entering bunks without permission. In this video alone you broke so many rules, AND not only that you were a VETERAN ADMIN. You should know better. You literally made this worse for yourself.

-1 I understand you are upset, however, changing is hard. I think instead of posting countless appeals, show us you are willing to change by being patient. Arguing and constantly posting appeals aren't going to get you unbanned. You said before you were different, that you changed, but then you disrespected the 187th and were shooting people in the hallways, yelling, and whining. 187th has dealt and cleared away all the minges, and people who are mingy and we cannot allow someone who continues to minge, by RDMing, disrespecting players and staff into the battalion. In this post alone you have not shown that you are willing to change, by the way you take the feedback and criticism. I don't think it's fair to give only one person chances beyond chances. You were lucky that the staff showed empathy towards you, and gave you the chances you got, and you shouldn't take that for granted.

There is no need to name call @Freck. Dennis from your comment I have never been toxic to my own battalion. There may be joking around, but everyone does it, I've seen it happen first hand, and I am sure you've seen it from other battalions. I passionately care about the 187th, and have earned their respect and trust. I would never disrespect my own battalion to be toxic, especially in front of CTs that may want to join the battalion and learn about Roleplay, Player vs Player, and many other interesting things we do. I get it there's a player report on me and people want to just find the little things that even they may have done to. Why don't we work together to create a positive change, there is so many people on the server who joke around with their battalion. Let's talk to them and let them know that things like calling their troopers idiots, defects, redacted, and many other names shouldn't be said in game. But we have to understand that even if we talk to them about it, it isn't gonna stop anyone from continually doing it. This is a game, people are here to have fun.

Here is my side. You guys seem to think I am a bad person. In which I am not. I may make mistakes, everyone does. I will make it clear, I am not witch hunting anyone. I am not too sure when I was pitting people in the Sith Temple, I know I got pitted a bunch of times and would pit back, but I wouldn't just pit people for no reason. I am also not sure when Cloud ever cloaked and came and spectated me, I truly don't remember that ever happening. Sniff got removed Ahsoka due to something he did, which I was never aware of. When Sniff was using adrenaline, I wasn't trying to get him removed from Ahsoka, I was simply letting staff members know that he was abusing the adrenaline glitch, in which other members in the sith empire saw. I then had brought it to the forums due to the fact that I had read the server rules and jedi rules, and only in the server rules had it talked about exploiting glitches. I then had talked to Scribbles who said the jedi rules needed to be updated, as the past yoda had not updated it yet. He passed the trial, he earned the role. After dealing with the Sniff adrenaline deal I was giving tips to download a screen recorder to record my gameplay, in which I did. I then record everytime I hop onto the server. I didn't just follow certain players around in hopes of catching them do something wrong, its boring, and its not fair to anyone. While playing on the server people are constantly bumping into one another multiples times, I liked to spend my time mostly in the temple working on my sparring or teaching sparring. When I am in the temple I am usually in the Dojo or the library trying to roleplay. Most likely other Jedi's will be there too. The Ahsoka thing between Elijah and me the screenshots are right there in the report to show what was said between Elijah and me. Last night I was online and 2 CCs were in need of a trainer, I then pulled trainers, I didn't pull cloud first, I pulled other trainers first. The trainers I pulled however were AFK. So I pulled Cloud and he was deemed AFK. So I then asked the CCs who were waiting well beyond 15 minutes for a trainer to please make a ticket, and whoever takes that ticket will be their reserved trainer. Cloud then took that ticket, in which when Cloud came to CC who made the ticket I then told him that he was to train the CCs. I was then talked to by Valdor about the CCs making tickets for a TR, in which it was now made a set and stone rule, which I will be following. I was not trying to be sneaky or shady, I was simply getting these CCs a trainer. I would of done the training myself, however it was too late at night for me to be using my microphone. Lastly, when I was demoted to youngling and blacklisted for a month, there was giggling and laughing happening within the channel. People can have their opinions and say it didn't happen, but it did, and unfortunately thats what happened. And here's what happened tonight. Mike Odinson was named Ahsokas promoted to youngling, in which I noticed that and assumed it was about me, maybe I was wrong, and when I talked to first a senior admin, I then was told to go to a head admin, in which I talked to silvers and let him know what was going on, in which silvers went and talked to Mike, and Mike was constantly changing his name back and forth and kept ending at Ahsokas promoted to youngling, in which it was then brought to a directors attention, in which the director let me know it could be directed at anyone, in which I respected. But then Mike had also changed his name to If I was 13 id kill myself, as I had brought up that making fun of anyone that had gotten demoted may end up getting someone upset. And I brought up a player who is known to get upset and say he is going to harm himself, and that is when Mike changed his name, in which silvers saw and also let the director bananaberry know. When that was all dealt with Mike ended up being permanently banned from teamspeak by Dragon, in which Rexko came into the channel I was in and told me I went too far, in which I said it was not up to me whether he was to be banned or not, I simply let the head admin and directors know of what was going on and how this could affect other players of a younger age, and Mike had his chance to speak, it was the directors decision. In which then Rexko left the room, came back a few minutes later and told me Smalljeff had blacklisted me permanently from the Jedi. For the new "evidence" provided: I did go to the Omega trials, however, they were not even started yet, you guys were still setting up and adverting. And I had left before the trials were to begin, and was going to leave anyways because there was going to be a staff meeting starting. I had thought it was okay if I could change my name because if you see from the screenshots of chatting between Elijah and I, he had changed his job, and his name to interrupt a trial. Elijah was my mentor he had helped me out since I was a youngling. I had thought it was okay, and when I was told not to do it again I listened.

My apologies I guess it is a force ability to some. However, abusing the adrenaline and exploiting the glitch for it to make you faster is against the rules.

Unfortunately it did affect gameplay, he was able to kill a lot of sith during a temple raid. In which this is why there is a report on him.

Adrenaline isn't a force ability however, you are able to get adrenaline by abusing force powers.

I was told he was getting a warning, and nothing else. This is not being handled properly. If he is exploiting a glitch he needs to be banned.

This is not a mistake, its exploiting a glitch. There is no way he could do this by accident, it takes multiple steps to use the adrenaline glitch.

This is not a Jedi Order matter, this is him breaking a Synergy Roleplay Server Rule. Section A: 15 of the Synergy Roleplay Rules on the forums states Exploiting of any kind is not allowed and is a bannable offense. And on the punishment guidelines for staff it is a bannable offense for 2 days to PERM. +1 - we have tons of Jedi Knight 4 and 5s who I know are definitely ready to become masters. And our council is already full of the named masters. Adding another master will open a slot for a new master to have a named character, and also work within a battalion. This is not only beneficial to the new master, but is also beneficial to a specific battalion.

I am a MEDL. I medical roleplay and I love medical roleplay. Why take something that makes reviving someone on the field more realistic? Yeah the moaning can get annoying, maybe that can be changed, but removing the whole defib I don't agree with.

-1 gives the medical roleplay more things to do. We need to stop trying to change the medical things so frequently as it is getting the medics annoyed.
