Probably should have prepared that before making the suggestion. I wouldn't want to +1 something that I do not know what it will look like once implemented. As for the subunit pay I understand that your tryouts might be harder than other subunits but really that shouldn't be an excuse for higher pay than other subunits when you all fall under that category. -1 Founders balanced out the pay for a reason. There are a few mistakes here and there but they are being fixed. Also finish the kit.

@Carvis So we accept apps that get a good amount of positive feedback in about 3-5 days. We have accepted every application within that timefame. The only recent one that went over that was Foxey's which you just put a message on asking why it hasn't been accepted and quite frankly it was looked over due to it being under the commander section and not the commander applications section and it got lost in the feed for a little longer. Also the normal time frame given for applications is 7 days. Some people we give more time as they get certain feedback. there are other applicants, or they don't get a whole lot of feedback. Also some get left up for the full 7 days because they applied while someone is holding the position.
