For streaming I've always use my Audio Technica 8400 (I can't remember the numbers at the end) It has worked very well over the years. For my head set I'm currently using a Razer Barracuda X after my turtle beaches broke after 3 months.

I don't think you can re apply as a New Admin, since with a normal application you go straight to New Admin, but this will still work. I'll give the +1 but remember to take time for IRL things. LOA and ROA are a thing if you need to step back for a few days.
