I want to +1, but as I mentioned in another application, you guys, senior officer core, need to focus on the battalion than the Job of BCMD. Listen to the troopers, and other battalions, and get a concrete plan down to focus on. You can't always hope someone is going to come up to you and say "Why was I arrested when that guy was warned" "Why is CG is such a shit state with other battalions besides being the cops of the base?" I don't want to see another officer or hell a battalion wipe since I've been in 2, I know, tells a lot about me. So sit down with your whole battalion and see what you guys can talk about and accomplish. And its okay to get the perspective of another battalion on how they solve issues. -1 is my vote for now but willing to change

-1 Like some people have mentioned, you don't need to be fox to try to fix or address some of the issues inside CG. I'm sure you have the right as CMD to put your foot down and crack down on these issues without the title of FOX. All it is, is a fancy armor, and a small pay raise. I'd recommend trying to talk to your battalion, like a big Defcon 1 for CG meeting and list and address the issues that are plaguing the server. You have been on Synergy a long time and I trust you have the experience needed, but you're too focused on the Job over the battalion.

-1 Personally this looks like a Technodad jumping ship from one battalion to "fix" another one. Have you talked to officers of CG regarding this? I don't feel you're a good fit for this position especially after you finished you're term as Cody and are the lead for the militia.

+1 Ever since coming back to the server at the beginning of the year, Duh has always been a member of Rancor I respect. I would ask more about where you like to see your battalion at the end of your term, but what you got hits all the points.

I second a lot what Bacta says, regarding taking more time on the server and Zen regarding doing what you can do now as a Major and not waiting to be in Fox's Shoes. I too, can see you there 1 day, but not for this term. - 1 for now.
