Old man here to add my 2 cents. Yes, there has been bias in HC in the past. I'm sorry Conrad, but you were definitely the Golden Child back in the day. But that was the past not now. Granted I tend to stay away from the Drama of the server. To answer your question, I know the Directors and HC always look to improving and keeping the server alive. I've been on the back end of being rejected for a waive or losing a position to another player who they thought would be a better pick, and they were right. (Okay @Ratioyou can dumb me now)

I would say to lower the ban from two months down to maybe a week or 2. Dude is sorry, even though this could have been avoided. +1 to lower the ban time

I'm going to +1 this suggestion not because I personally want SO back but just because of what it can bring back to the server. It helps GM's think outside the box as to creating events and such. However I understand the main issue with SO being the cloaks as @Conradhas pointed out. My time as BCMD and CMD Blackout there were some situations of minges being cringe with cloaking and yes it caused issues, but those issues were resolved once we knew what was going on. SO will always be that odd group but it made the whole 21st feel different that the other battalions and weren't just a Purple/White 212th battalion.

I come back to the forums to see this. I mean sure, we should give him a 2nd....3rd..... 10th chance to play, cause more the merrier on the server. But with the different kinds of bans, even with the ban wipe we had earlier this year, or was it 2020, can't remember, you show you don't really care to RP with the other players. "But it's just a game and I want to play it the way I want!" you may say. And its true, Synergy is on Gmod and is a game, however to make sure you and the other players are enjoying themselves while also playing the game, you have to follow the rules. The rules are here on the forums if you wish to read them and come back at a later date. I would suggest a good 2 week ban for alting in this case, however I will still say -1 for being immediately unbanned. Hopefully you enjoy your 11th chance on the server

Simply going to -1 this report due to information that has already been stated by Baron. This again could have been concluded with you speaking with A. The CG's higher ups, to investigate the situation or B. Talk to a VA or HA about this situation so they can do a investigation regarding what happened. They are there to talk to for this main reason and have no issue if you reach out to them via, TS or Discord.

God I remember us having this idea back on endor days. Kept killing the server though. I do like the idea of having it as a former SO BCMD, however I'm going to -1 this suggestion, as I'm worried its going to cause errors and potentially break the server.

That's a -1 From me chief. Even if its someone who I don't really like getting promoted, I'll still attend their Debrief. Hell most of the Mandatory Debriefs we have are for Events or Encounters. Other than that, people mainly do Optional Debriefs for minor promotions.
