Maybe you can ban them from some events if it really makes zero sense but it’s corny to limit a whole faction from playing during a deployment because the gamemaster can’t come up with a good thing for them to do Id rather it be civilians can play and you need GMO perms to ban it or something for events that are more focused but with current events I see no reason that the game masters can’t figure something out for them

I see what you're saying, but I think the issue is beyond that. It's the fault of the sharer for, obviously, sharing it to a minor. Directly speaking, it's this persons fault. Without this guy, a minor would never be involved and see it. In a best case scenario, this guy never exists and the images stay between consenting parties and adults. It's Claire's fault for the root cause and she is to blame for the actual act. This isn't really fair to place squarely on her, as what she did is technically fine in all regards. People sell nudes all the time. So why is there an issue? The issue lies in where she is selling it and the context of the place she is in. It's not like she's selling it in a community meant for it like a porn subreddit or a 18+ discord. She's selling it on a video game Star Wars server that she knows has lots of minors, many of whom have likely interacted with her in other contexts like roleplay. No matter how safe you are and how much you confirm you're selling to an adult who you trust, there is literally no way you can make sure it doesn't get out and to a minor. I am sure if she continued to sell that it would have happened. How could you sell pictures like that and not at all think that these pictures could get leaked and shown to a minor? Especially if it continued, which (correct me if I am wrong) is likely what would have happened if she wasn't banned? These pictures would one day be leaked and would be seen by a minor and that is clear to see. Thats where the problem is for me - the willingness to do something that is obviously wrong for some extra money on the side. TL;DR Selling porn not a big deal to adults. Selling porn on community with tons of minors and no real security that they wouldn't see it is a big deal. Obviously not the right place for it

-1 What you did is obviously wrong and out of line in a community that has a significant minor presence. It is weird to sell content on this server, even if its intended for adults. You have no guarantee that it wouldn't get into the hands of a minor and you should have treated it like it potentially could and would. Our server is not advertised as for adults only. It is a server inclusive of all ages. We allow 14 year olds to be staff as a minimum, with an option for waives for those who were younger. The majority of people I meet and have met were 14-18 including myself. I was 12 years old when I started playing on Synergy and was one of many younger kids. Knowing about the significant amount of minors who play the server should have stopped you from doing it based on that alone. This is clearly not the platform nor the place for content like this and you did it deliberately. There are way more places to do exactly what you did. It's weird and gross to come on a server dedicated to playing as a character from Star Wars and use it to get money through selling pictures. To me I just don't think this is true. There is legit no way that it wouldn't get leaked and a minor wouldn't ever see it. You sold to a group of adults, which is fine, but those adults easily could have shared to a minor or been posted in a channel that could be seen or shared to another legal adult who would do it and so on and so on. Yes, times have changed, but honestly I think that it really can't be ruled as something that wouldn't happen and as a non-issue. I know you didn't have malicious action or any weird paedophilia shit but it was just you being stupid and risking something that was completely unnecessary to do something that clearly doesn't have a place in the community. I mean... you guys have custom jobs, models, and lore characters. Isn't that something going for you? Torrent Company have lore character jobs with standard kits and you don't see them going on the forums asking for jetpacks so that they can be more elite. Ghost Company have even less than that and they don't do it either. What makes it so that you guys aren't considered elite with your lore characters and models while other units in your position have no problem being considered elite? When you guys say they have nothing going for them and have no reason to exist, I think that points to a larger issue. Giving you guys jetpacks wouldn't make it more elite, it would just make you guys the same but with jet packs. If anything, it would attract more people who don't care about Improcco and just want a jetpack. Wouldn't you rather have members joining who love the characters or want to work in an elite squad rather than somebody who wants a better kit with a jetpack and a cool model? If 41st wants a jet trooper so bad, suggest a jet trooper job. The model probably already exists @Jayarr Ez fix

Why is it that a unit like Ghost Company can do well in 212th when they're basically the same as you guys? Why do you need jetpacks and they don't?
