It was a singular server; it was after countless messages, after being asked due to calling someone out as a joke in the beginning who bought NSFW images in synergy, politely declining, I was under the influence when it occurred. It shouldn't have happened, I did it a few times over a few days, but I felt guilty due to Gender Dysphoria, and have already said and told myself I wasn't going to do that again. That's in no excuse to me doing it, and not a valid argument, but again, the person was 18+, in a community that had worse being put in every day with slurs. It was an unacceptable thing for me to do there. Here is the message I had sent to a close friend after the situation. I was disgusted, as before this, only around 4 people who were in which close and buddies of mine and unrelated to Garry's Mod or even Arma 3. I'm unsure as to who I sent it to after my ban? I have a list of everyone who has ever received it, and I don't believe I am missing anyone. I know, i cannot change what I did, it was gross and unacceptable. In which I apologize. I cannot change what happened in synergy, however, I'm aware after months, what I did in synergy was unacceptable I'm gonna hold off on sending any more after this, as It's going to be back and foward messages, I cannot change anyone's opinion, as they are all extremely valid complaints. I just wish for another chance to come back, and enjoy this server.

Without responding to everything that was said, I'll answer a few things that I believe I need to say. I understand everyone's responses about Synergy being a safe space for everyone of all ages, I completely understand all of that. For light, I'll share some context on what happened a bit more. How this all started was it was past midnight, and I was playing counter-strike 2, in which I had received money for some cases, and a knife, and proceeded to went further and more explict images were shown for more money, while I don't remember the exact things that happened during while on teamspeak, i remember a okay amount. I was completely unaware that it would cause problems, as there was a member of High Staff in the teamspeak, overlistening and talking, and I didn't know it would be a problem at the time. This went on for about 2 weeks? Maybe a week, in which I was later pulled one night to stop what I was doing, otherwise I'd receive a temporary ban, I had listened, I'd stopped, and hadn't continued any more for that night. The next day I was later informed I'd receive a blacklist in which I can appeal for 6 months. I understand now that Synergy is a safe space, and doing that within private to ANYONE in the community was unacceptable, and I have learned after the 6 months have passed and hearing responses from everyone over these 6 months. Reason(s) why we should accept your appeal: I have taken the time to understand the reasons for the ban. While I originally disagreed with the reason for the ban, I later came to realize that I shouldn't have done it to any member of the community, even if they were over 18. I have taken to time to take a break from Garry's Mod, only just recently partially coming back to another community in which I have later gone inactive on due to being busy. I understand that what I did has complications due to Synergy being an LLC, and also just not needed to have anyone like that in the community, and gross to have in a community, especially since the community is prone to minors. While I did apologize to Bear and Swill, I understand that I shouldn't have done it. I'd like to come back as I have learned my lesson, and wish to help out in Jedi again and other battalions. I believe I have served my time and wish to come back to the community, see what I have missed, and help out in whatever way I can. I've also been playing Arma 3, in which I have joined a unit, and have made good relations, and I have taken my time to learn and grow from my mistakes. I have continued to be friends with most of my close friends from Synergy, most leaving, or just not around, however, I continue to somewhat keep my relations with my friends. Evidence to support your claims: While I don't have much to support my claims, I have the messages that I had sent to Swill and Bear apologizing months ago. And I'd be willing to sit down one night to apologize to all the founders and directors and apologize to the rest of the community for the actions I have done. Our lightsabers are used for a last defense. Jedi are supposed to RP before igniting and taking down whatever it is. Unless it’s a droid then it’s a different situation. Most battalions just get the basic load out and their specialized weapons (HVY,SUP, etc). A DC-15a works well against guarding. You don’t need a powerful weapon you should resort in RP, a DC-15a works well when bodyboarding. You don’t need anything else other than your load out. It would also ruin the balance in my opinion of the weapons on the server.

-1. SG, While yes, the main goal is to guard the Senate I don't believe more powerful weapons is needed. SG worked perfectly fine when @Browas Captain of the Guard. This is because of the RP that they did, EE-3A isn't bad, and it's fine for guarding. I think you guys need to remember, you are a roleplay group meant to create and bring roleplay to the server while also guarding the Senate. TLDR: Weapons shouldn't be the primary goal. It should be to create roleplay, whether by being a Loyal Senate Guard Member or Corrupt SG member, or whatever you feel. You are there to assist the Senate in creating roleplay.

-1 for both +1 for Colonel or LT. Colonel I think having one would allow for more progression but having 2 feels like an unneeded rank and a ton of more progression for nothing
