Moving to a new house and burnout Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): I recently made a comeback to the server after 3 months. I was honestly burned out before that, + the amount of IRL work and with moving etc. But I want to give it another chance, and remembered, that a thing that made me enjoy playing in this server, was being able to do staffwork and host events while RPing. This made the time on the server more fun, and avoided burnout. I also put all my freetime towards this server, wanting to be able to do something else. I feel like Ive found a balance now, where I can enjoy playing for some hours, but at the same time do other stuff without getting burned out. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): I think it was good. I think others believe the same. I reached VA, was there for a couple of months, felt like I did good job, both staffwise and GMwise. Decided to step down, as I knew I could fill a position while being inactive/burned out. I also think that the quality I did in my staff time was good. And like I said earlier, the reason for the burnout and resignation, was due to not being able to balance IRL and GMOD, which was my own fault, leaving in me resigning. The 3 months break I had, gave me a good space to get some motivation back to play, and again help the server. 1/1/1 You tried, but I rate harshly for you to read this and improve. The utapau part was good, it was a enhanced deployment shoot em up but it kept us entertained. What I didn't like was that you forced cad bane to escape. Obviously we can not kill him but you could have kept him in custody. You tried to say it was your only option but it wasn't. Following that you threw multiple commando droids at us which wasn't an issue, the issue sits where you gave an EJ a rocket launcher, something ultimately outrageous and shouldn't be done again. Once again you forced most likely about 120 B1 Droids out of 1 pod to the point where people were getting stuck in a sea of droids that made no sense. Ultimately I hope you can improve with your future deployments and endeavors. Reason I rated the server performance is rated so low is that tick at numerous times dropped to 4.9 and I had soft crashed once.

I've work with Super for a very long time now on the server. Every time he puts his full effort into any position he achieves and takes the criticism to help improve himself. I had some questions about the application myself but after having a talk with Super and seeing his responses on the forums I believe he will live up to his word. He has the ability to be the best Palp we have had in a long time. Having a Palpatine actually engaging in RP on the server will be a first for me personally and I would love to see it. +1 from me Super go get em.

I didnt feel qualified as a non jedi to vote too much into your app, however with this I do. From seeing Super in game and interacting with him I do believe he can do it and would be good with the role! very approachable, love talking to the dude and I am hoping to see some good palpatine rp! I also have a similar feeling as Clutch had in his resignation where the current quotas aren’t bad but every time I get on I’m just reminded of how I can’t be a part of my battalion and have to grind staff to hit quota if your not a full-time member. Responce to misfit 1 I feel I'm ready because I spent 2 full terms as Yoda solving the issues of the order and making it the best it could be. I feel I can make a even bigger difference helping all of the factions yo be in best places they can be I have a proven track record of pushing myself and the people around me to do bigger and better things 2 I spend time in a lot of different channels now depending on how I'm feeling coming home from work If I'm feeling. I try to spend time in different channels almost every day I am on. But when I am not on the server I do like to go into the channel with fewer people so I can hear myself think but I always have my dms open all people have to do is poke me and I'm in the channel with in 5 minutes to see what they need 3 this question is very confusing to me because I left the order with great leadership every position is full besides the one left from hysterical moving to Windu but we are already looking for someone to fill those shoes. I'm really not sure where this is coming from because I am leaving the order in one of the strongest places it has been in years with leaders ready to succeed me. I could be reading your question wrong but I truly believe that I have done everything in my power to set the order up for success after I am gone

Before I vote, I know its not included in the application (should be changed) What are you plans for Clone/GAR, Obviously its the biggest faction as everyone else knows and you will also be a major influence of it, So other than just rping with people do you plan to do anything with clone

Having two Yoda terms and making the differences that you did, at the very least I think you deserve a shot at Palpatine. You have the experience to do it, but I think your biggest issue here is just explaining what you actually have planned. I've seen you do your research first hand and I think it could be explained better. We've worked together for the past 7 ish months and it has been smooth sailing most of the time. The only real issue I've had with you in all of our time together is that you struggle a bit when it comes to removing people. I genuinely think you have the best interest of the server at heart and based off what I've seen you have the drive and skills necessary to take on a position like this. +1 good luck.

Yeah so this doesn't really answer any questions for me and raises more questions. I don't think being interested in the character and the "RP" you can do with it as valuable as a point as you think it is. Yes the next person that takes this position needs to RP well, but I would've liked to see more RP from you as Yoda prior. Your plan with the Guild is to host a meeting to see what's wrong? Not to see what the issues are prior to putting an app up? I know you're in contact with Guild Leadership so that part shouldn't be a problem so I have no idea why this hasn't been done yet. It hasn't exactly been a secret that you're going for this position, so why haven't you done your due diligence yet? Yeah same thing as above. You should have done your research prior, and then added what you've discussed to your app and some ideas you can think of to work on issues. As a current member of High Command you already hear about what's working and isn't working for certain aspects. If you really wanted to fix issues with current structures you should have asked prior to the app to create some good foundation ideas and plans with your judgement. -1 for now.

I do respect ur rating but I also do want to add that In order for my events to go how I want them, ME and I think im speaking for all GMs here have to adapt to what the situation currently is meaning in my case, 1: keep sending in commandos to break out bane and sit there for another hour while yall destroy them and rearrest bane 2: possibly have him sent to "Coruscant" to be interrogated but that wasnt the way I wanted it to work so I Adapted to it and made it work (Me spawning a fuck ton of droids to push yall out of brig) and thats why I did that in order for my event to work the way I wanted it to. Either way I can see from your side how it can be a little annoying but from my perspective its how I wanted it to be done.

2/2/2 while I enjoyed the first part of the deployment (other then the poor pilots) and found it engaging and enjoyable. the second half is my issue. tick rate was terrible dropping to 3 at one point. secondly I find it disrespectful to not only call out a member of the server for something during a DB over an issue you may have, and thirdly the way the Cad bane issue was completely unbelievable and makes all sense of accomplishment void. you took away the win and made it a loss. a GM (in my humble opinion) should be able to adapt their story to fit the narrative of whatever is going on within the event itself. some examples of alternate options could be to have the ship that was shot down crash land on a nearby planet, have cad bane be recaptured and explain that he had escaped at a later date, maybe even turn it into a follow up event. those are just two simple and easy examples. in conclusion, I think that you could have came up with a better way to end off the event. thank you for reading, I wish you luck on future events
